Love banking with Regions in Hiram, Ga. They always have done an excellent job handling my issues. Love that I can get a card when someone thinks it’s okay to charge my card for something I didn’t do. 4 years now with them and have had nothing but great service, thank you Patrick Jones for going over and beyond so I didn’t have to come in for a second time. Keep up with the awesome work you guys provide..

This branch is very professional, helpful, and has great customer service! Their vice president, Bill Edger, runs his location to the highest standard. I will never go to any other regions branch other than Hiram, because no where else will have such great customer service.

Wow I’ve been with regions for 10 years and this is the first time I’ve had someone be so rude for being asked to do THEIR job. I asked her about a charge that was pending on my account and she looks at me and says I don’t know before she even looks at my account Disappointing, wish I would’ve gotten her name. Won’t be back to this location.

Everyone in the bank was friendly and helpful. I needed something done that the employees had not needed to do before and Rachel and the manager went out of their way to get it done for me. I appreciate the great attitudes.

Just moved here and our bank is not in Georgia. We opened new accounts at Regions, and each one the bank staff we dealt with was super helpful and kind. Really appreciated their care & customer service.

The bank tellers at this Hiram branch are extremely racist. I was profiled immediately and even though I had a member of another branch confirming I was owed money and given instructions on how to procure my money still acted like they couldn't process the transaction. Very unprofessional and should be better trained

So I went into this location in Hiram lady and I went in there together because I was selling a car and I didn’t want to take the money orders she got from recent regions so I asked the lady if I could get cash instead of money orders so we went into the bank together up to the teller and the teller said, well I don’t know why she would want cash and I was standing right there and I almost said something but I didn’t I should’ve but it’s really none of her business why I would want cash she was young dark-haired girl should’ve got her name but I didn’t that’s just the rudest unacceptable comment I’ve ever heard.It’s none of her business

The in-bank customer service sucks. They move so slow and have bad attitudes at this location. The one in Austell is 10x better.

No stars from me. Twice this week I drove up there in the night to make a ATM deposit and it is not working. It works in the day time but not at night.Is this a ploy to create overdrafts? I am not going to continue with a bank that can't keep it's ATM machine working at night. Thumbs down Regions. 10-4 P.S to post this I was forced to give them a star they deserve none and owe me for my gas.

Not happy with the fact that you have to call a 800 number, go through 5 minutes of prompts to get a branches direct phone number.
