TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Drive through service TERRIBLE and the lady at the window was very RUDE!!! Please stop giving that Walgreens your $$$$$ SHUT THAT ONE DOWN!!

How can a pharmacy just be closed? There's no explanation. It's just shuttered closed. The other staff were totally useless!! I went to pick up a Rx and couldn't. It's totally unacceptable! I'll be changing pharmacies!

HORRIBLE!!!! Shiana is so extremely rude every time she checks me out. I dread seeing her when i walk in there, she throws the items in the bag, she has the overall appeal that she doesn’t care about her job or the costumers that she is helping. This is the case of all of the employees that work here.

I used to like this walgreens a lot but the last year or so it has gone down hill exponentially. Shiana, the cashier, is absolutely terrible at her job and makes coming here miserable. I am a rewards member here and every time she checks me out she throws my items in the bag and looks like she hates her job and doesn’t want to be there. She is ALWAYS rude and ALWAYS takes an extremely long time to go to her station at the cash register even when there is not another soul in the store. Almost every employee here is rude and unwilling to help customers. Not to mention the store is dirty and unkept. Go to a different walgreens if you can.

Lazy and unknowledgeable staff. I hate leaving reviews like this because it’s usually one or two bad apples, or even just someone who’s typically a high performer having a bad day. This is not the case with this Walgreens. Every time I come here it’s an issue, from no one being at the cash register for an extended amount of time, and having to go find the employee who’s need the back of the store with their headphones in and asking for assistance… to explaining services that Walgreens offers (because you checked ahead of arriving to the location), and having to further educate the employee of how to complete said print service. All a bad experience. Of course the interaction didn’t end there, it wasn’t until an hour and a half later that I was informed that despite the Walgreens promise of “same day prints” isn’t entirely accurate as after 7 or 8 pm the employees have to get the store ready to close so despite not closing for another 2 hours, the print job won’t be done until noon the next day.
Save your time and your money. Go elsewhere.

It seems like they would put something out at the back of the building stating they close at 1:30pm for lunch. Verses you wait in a lengthy line and then get a closed sign made of card board to slide across the window. Just frustrating when you begin waiting in the line well before 1:30pm. Then when it’s is 1:31pm and you make it to the window they are unwilling to atleast finish up with the people they can see in their cars that have been in line.

My wife tried to get her prescription filled here she gave the blonde lady her prescription form and a discount card from the HOSPITAL they gave her the run around for 3 hrs never filled the prescription and when my wife asked for the form back the lady balled it up and laughed in her face… mind you my wife has a debilitating headache. Very unprofessional need new employees and management

brought them my prescription n was told it would be ready in the same day n that they would text me and they did not i had to call the next only to find out they don’t take my insurance n that i had to call cvs to transfer it. I feel like this coulda been handled better if they had better communication and asked the right questions.

NEED A PASSPORT: I WOULD RECOMMEND GOING STRAIGHT TO THE POST OFFICE OR COURTHOUSE. IT'S ALMOST $4 CHEAPER AND YOU WILL KNOW IT'S DONE CORRECTLY. I CAME TO THIS WALGREENS FOR A PASSPORT PICTURE TOOK IT TO THE POST OFFICE JUST TO FIND OUT IT WAS DONE INCORRECTLY. I TOOK THE PICTURE AT THE POSTOFFICE AND HAD TO DRIVE ALL THE WAY BACK TO WALGREENS TO GET A REFUND. VERY INCONVENIENT. THE MANAGER WAS SWEET AND APOLOGIZED. SHE SAID THEY ARE ALWAYS GETTING NEW PEOPLE. I ASKED FOR A GIFT CARD FOR INCONVENIENCE. SHE SAID NO. ANYWAY JUST GO TO THE POST OFFICE OR COURTHOUSE WHERE PEOPLE ARE TRAINED.

I have never had a problem with this Walgreens! They are always stocked and they have toys that are way more affordable than I have seen anywhere. My daughter also lost her sippy cup there and it is a very important sippy cup because it is her favorite. After I called and asked he found it within the hour! Thank god! Thank you so much for going above and beyond!
