bought 4 tires for my truck and took 10 days before I got the call that they were received. made an appointment for 2:00 on a Tuesday to get them mounted. Wife arrived at 1:45 and checked in, was told 90 minutes to mount and balance 4 tires. She took grandson for a walk around the store while waited and returned at exactly 90 minutes. My truck was on the lift missing one wheel and nobody was working on it, AFTER 90 MINUTES! After she talked to the department manager he went into the garage and got into an apparent argument with the ONLY mechanic on duty because he was working so slowly. after getting this info from her I called the store manager and complained loudly that my wife and my grandson, who has severe Down Syndrome, have been waiting 2 hours. she went to the auto center and finally got the ONLY mechanic and the manager to both work on the truck to get it done. by 4:30, 2.5 hours after appointment it was finally done. will never renew Sam's membership after this. Cosco here I come.

My 83 year old mother with a walker tried to pay her bill at the customer service counter by the entry. They made her walk across the store and stand in a line at a checkout register. They also had no electric scooter for the handicapped. Not much customer service, especially for the handicapped.

The cafe has employees that don't listen to what you order , ordered 2 yogurts with just caramel and got one with brownies in it and the other with chocolate yogurt and brownie on the side . Didn't return it just ate it .

I've been a member for 20 +Years with Sam's Clubs went to Hiram Ga location a couple weeks ago my membership had expired the nice lady at the register up dated me added a card for my daughter got me a discount on my purchase for that day then we wanted to go a couple weeks later did our shopping had two full carts went to check told the lady didn't have new cards but had my old one amd the bill I just had paid she said I had to have a valid card to purchase I said I don't have them yet ?? Just want to pay and leave at this point she said I see you have been a member 20+ years but your card is expired we can't sell you anything?? Are you freaking kidding me that is Sam's policy it's unbelievable I come in with an expired card but my stuff then I come in with an updated account but because I don't have card I'm SOL.. I've called store several times the phone just rings and rings I say ok put my 1,000 $ worth of stuff back on the shelf I'll go to Cosco

We went to the sams club Gas station and after we parked the gas station attendant decided to reset the machine after we parked and told us that it would be a 15 minute restart. Instead of putting a cone down and letting other people know first. A few other cars had to get out of the line because of it and he acted like he could care less. The customer service at this station is undeniably horrible. Do better.

Just wanted to let u know, all black people don’t steal. Went to this location about a week ago for a pick up order. Had my license and my confirmation email. I sat in the pick up section while I was waiting for the app to download so I could check in. As I was waiting, I watched the employees give everyone their orders and told them to have a nice day. Once the app was done downloading, I checked in. When they got to me, they said ‘ur ok today but moving forward, my manager

If I could give zero stars I would. I have called the store as of 8 times (as of today) and was hung up all 8. One person from member services picked up the phone, made a store announcement then hung up as I'm steady yelling "helloooo" I called back the 7th time, someone answered and I immediately asked to speak to a manager and now I have currently been on hold for 13 minutes and counting smh. Worst customer service ever
