Mr. Terrence R. Pagan is the most underhanded person I've had the displeasure of doing business with, he would rather put a "bandaid" on a car than actually fix it and "sold as is" is his best excuse, as he has told me, he does not like to give the title and tags to clients. He is extremely friendly and pleasurable to speak to but you will probably have to pay double unless you go through the procedures of the law and as stated in the BBB listing if you googled this business he will prolong that situation. Buy a car elsewhere and do business elsewhere. The only good review here is from his family... Smartriide. Used cars in Hiram.
