I have spoken to several different people at Extra Space and each one of them has been extremely helpful and known exactly what to do to assist me. Specifically today I spoke to Sandra at the Hiram location and she was amazing. Quick and friendly and very informative. Very much appreciated!! They answer the phone quickly too, which is so nice!
