My husband and I started new service with T-Mobile at this particular location. The manager, assistant manager, and the entire staff were very attentive to our needs. I give them a thumbs up!!!! Good work guys!!!

Phillip and Tammy were AMAZING! We have a 4 phone family plan and we have been with our previous providers for 15 years. Given how much has changed over that time period, I was not looking forward to what all was entailed with keeping our current numbers, switching all info,etc. Phillip and Tammy made the process so incredibly painless! We can not thank you guys enough for your patience. Thank you!

I went into the store to try their home internet and was assisted by Mobile Expert Des Delesline who truly lived up to his job title.He is very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail.Also when I had trouble setting it myself he set it up for me in the store so when I got home all I had to do was plug it in.I am truly grateful for his assistance and highly recommend him.

What do you say about a store that has such a low customer score rating that tmobile doesn't already know. Based on the same rubber stamped NONE CARING response that is given to ALL the customers problems.That would explain why the representatives have such none caring attitudes it starts at the top and just trickles down.Making for HORRIBLE customer serviceIF ONLY NO STARS WERE AN OPTION

10/10 recommend this T-Mobile store over any other stores! We were having a hard time with the assurant company and apple. No one at apple seemed to know how to turn off “find my iPhone” on a device that wouldn’t turn on. Came to this T-Mobile and the manager jazz was able to figure it out in less than 10 minutes. She was kind, patient, and obviously knew what she was doing. Thank you again! If you ever need anything from this T-Mobile ask for her! You won’t be disappointed

I went in a couple of weeks ago because my phone had a small crack in the screen unbeknownst to me , but my tech Kayla was very helpful in trying to resolve the issue. But due to the fact that my insurance is charging me 240 dollars to fix the issue and I have to mail my phone into them which leaves me without phone has me wondering why offer extra insurance if it doesn't cover issues like mine and they charge me any way to fix the problem. I think it's best not to purchase extra insurance and pay every month and get this type of service. But I still love T-Mobile, just not the insurance company they partner with.

I purchased a new phone from here and told her that I didn’t want insurance added. Without my permission she decided to add it. This is exactly why I don’t deal with the stores and only go through customer service or the Apple Store directly. I will never purchase another device from this location or any other location and when the bill comes I will be right at your location for you to adjust it.

The owner/representative of this store. Sold me an iPhone 12 as an out of box return new phone for $925.98. This was not the case. In fact, it was a repaired iPhone 12 by the owner/representative with a non-iPhone battery and screen. It stopped working in less than 2 weeks. Upon attempting to use the 1 year warranty, the owner/representative then said it would cost 199 dollars to repair. Attempting to go through customer service, they also were no help in getting a replacement. I was told to go back to this store to resolve the issue. Beware of this provider and store, they will steal your money.

Walked in on a Friday evening (just before 5) and was greeted by a super sweet and helpful young lady who got straight to work on fixing my sim issue with my galaxy21s. Big smiles all around the store, happy employees=happy customers. This is definitely my new preferred location.

Visited yesterday to upgrade my phones and the customer service was exceptional! Jamal greeted us and Cory assisted us! Cory helped us with everything! Knew what he was doing and was very cool and professional. Jamal also! The whole vibe of the store was awesome! We've been with tmo for 17yrs! This is the reason why! Thanks guys, we'll definitely be back if we need anything!

I'm late with this review, but I could not just let it slide by. My phone gave up the ghost on New Year's Eve night while out of town due to a cracked screen. I traveled home the next day with NO PHONE! That was a rough trip, and I knew that I had to get to T-Mobile immediately upon return. On 2 January 2023, I went to the Hiram store right when they opened and JayTee was there and happily greeted me and took care of me in getting a new phone! He was pleasant, professional, and expedient! I was in and out and back in the game with my brand-new phone with no delay! Thank you JayTee in helping me out!

My fault for never reading the other customer reviews, which indicate a BIG problem with customer service. Employees used the same play book method after I patiently and politely tried to resolve an issue with my phone (through their poor assistance beginning over 1 month earlier).Similar to another customer who also documented the same experience…a representative in this store used their land line to connect me with other reps in T-mobile network, then left me to my own devices for over 40 minutes in this store while they moved on to conduct other business. I ended up getting disconnected during the call from apparent ‘phone issue’ with the stores land line. I ended up leaving the store with more weak excuses and no resolution to my dilemma with my phone.The best advice I can give you is take a long look at the overwhelming number of 1 star / negative reviews (mine included) for employee performance at this store. When so many customers take time to warn others via 1 star reviews…there is a very high probability that not only does a huge managment disaster exist in this store, but also, these people / upper regional managers have NO intentions of correcting the problem, and thus, indirectly continue to thumb their nose at YOU!,…the loyal customer who brings them money to sustain their pay checks!!! STAY AWAY FROM HERE IF YOU CAN. These employees are not dedicated to your patronage, and will find any reason to abandon you!FOR THE LOVE OF GOD MAN!!! STAY AWAY!!!
