Disappointed today. Usually don’t shop Target for groceries but I only had a couple of things I needed. Mayonnaise being one of them. The first 2 I picked up were expired. One expired April 2025 and the second one JUNE 2025. My other disappointment was at check out I had purchased a hot rotisserie chicken and the cashier bagged it my cold deli meats??? Managers, Stock people and cashiers need to be trained.

I bought a Nintendo Switch 2 earlier today. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and supportive. They made me feel really special. They treated all the early customers kindly and were so amazing. It was an incredible experience. Thank you so much for making the experience extremely memorable.

I love Target, but do not use self-checkout. I don't get paid enough to work for them. They need more registers manned by human beings.

Target used to be my go to shopping place but between all the controversies happening, you can tell it’s starting to impact the stores. This target is usually clean but the last few times I was in, it was pretty unkempt especially in the clothing area. Maybe a wild pack of boars roamed the racks before I did, who knows.

I went to this store recently for a highly anticipated book release thinking that the popularity around this book would not touch our little city—I was wrong. I arrived five minutes before the store opened to a line already formed outside. I admit I was worried about what a crapshoot this was about to be, expecting full chaos with everyone pushing, shoving, & running through the store to get their hands on this book—I was wrong again. The management at this store had a solid plan in place that kept everyone orderly & it was extremely efficient. They had the books behind the customer service desk where they walked this line to in an orderly fashion to checkout. They had another associate going around with a tablet to assist those in the line with a preorder to get them out of there sooner. Even in this long line, I was able to get a copy, and I was in and out of the store within 10-15 minutes. The associates & management were kind, friendly, & dare I say shared the excitement with the crowd. Later on in the day I saw the social media videos from other readers around the country who did not share this same experience at their local stores, instead being subject to the chaos I feared myself. It really put into perspective just how hard my local store worked to make this a pleasant experience. So hats off to them, I’m thankful that you had the foresight that even I myself lacked in thinking ahead of the potential crowd that would show up for this book.

Sir Amir in the tech department proved to be the epitome of customer service this evening. With less than an hour until closing hours, I searched for a particular adapter and had no luck. Amir helped me find one of the two that a customer seemed to have hid in an inconspicuous location, making them nearly invisible. As he began to reach out to the nearest Target with the product in stock, behold - there tucked away was the adapter I was looking for. I needed the adapter for work, and his dedication tonight will play a vital role in my day tomorrow. Thanks Amir! You did dat bruh.. 💯

I went Black Friday this morning first thing at 6 AM and let me tell you I was pleased. All of the staff had a positive, cheerful attitude. I was purchasing Taylor Swift and thought it would be stressful but they had an organized system. Good experience.
