My daughters and I had the great pleasure of meeting and working with Kemia. She was so professional, nice and helped match all three of us for makeup foundation, concealer and more. I loved her personality and how great she was. She definitely made the experience so enjoyable! Thanks love for all your help today, you definitely brightened my daughter’s day with all your expertise and help!

Worst Customer Service ever experienced in an Ulta location. The cashier Travena (spelling?) was extremely nice and outgoing to the Caucasian family she assisted before me, however when I picked up items previously ordered, her demeanor was snarky, with a rude facial expression to match. When her lack of customer service was brought to her attention, she made a more intentional mean facial expression, layer offering an apology claiming her off putting behavior 'had nothing to do with me.' Regardless, disappointing... and will never shop at this location again.

I was just in the store today September 4th to buy a few things one of items was 25.00 I went right back in the store to return it the lady was like is there problem in a rude manner she was wearing lots of makeup and makeup brushes in apron I was so upset I'm going back in there ever again the cashier name was Tryphen

I went into this location needing tons of help and Rachel helped me and was so patient. She has so much knowledge and really addressed all my questions and concerns. I left the store purchasing the babyliss blow dryer. 10/10 recommend going to this location just for her! She’s amazing

The manager Sheena was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. One lady was willing to help me redeem my birthday gift and then stated that there was a couple left or I could get a discount, then I was asked to be served by another lady who said there was none left then called up her manager Sheena. Sheena gave me one look then told me there was no more left and there was nothing she could do about it, when I could clearly see some behind the counter and the other lady specifically told me there was some left. She discriminated against me as she denied me service and gave me such negative energy and this is something continuous as other reviews have stated she discriminated against them. I would highly suggest you to go to another ulta beauty unless you like being judged and discriminated against. This is not okay and these kind of people should not be in charge. I would review this ulta beauty a zero but unfortunately a one is the lowest I can give them.

I had a truly awesome experience today while visiting Ulta Beauty in Hiram. I've been searching for a new foundation and concealer for a few weeks. I've visited numerous Ulta stores in the area and NOT ONE person offered the customer service, and attention that I received from Ms Kat. She was extremely knowledgeable with regard to melonated skin tones. She offered products that were complimentary to my hyper-pigmentation and skin type. She was successful in matching me up perfectly.
**All this while suggesting the most appealing scents for my loves birthday gifts (both of which I bought).
I'd certainly shop with Ms Kat again as she did an outstanding job of creating trust through her knowledge of the products in that location. SHE restored my desire to even shop Ulta again (only this location though). Im grateful.

I came here today and Emily helped me so much !! She was amazing she helped me find a whole new makeup collection walked me through what everything is and how to use it. Took her time to color match me on everything we got. Not only was she so nice but everyone in there was nice and helpful !!!

Staff is very helpful. They were closing and I didn’t even realize it, they didn’t make me feel rushed or anything. It’s nice to see establishments just want to help you find your needs.

Very nasty manager. Has no personality, and not professional and descriminations against your color. Would not even give them one star. Store manager is Sheena. Called in and made a complaint and she didn't care.
