I do recommend that if you get the grand package, it is important to emphasize that you will want lunch catered to the bridal suite and grooms den on the day of the wedding.

“Very nice for special events. I don't know full capacity, but the event was planned for 150 people. It was my 1st time there for a 70's partyCould have better signage directing you the the back of the strip mall. Very good lighting and plenty of parking felt safe. Should have separate restrooms for men /ladies and at least 2 stalls in each one to accommodate handicapped persons with railings.”

“Great wedding venue! The Cotton Gin combines rural/rustic aesthetic with just the right amount of modern touches, making it perfect for couples who want that barn feel without sacrificing comfort or functionality. The outside ceremony space is spacious yet intimate, with tasteful plantings and the mill wheel tucked away at the bottom of the property. There are plenty of different spaces (inside and out) all with slightly different purposes, whether that be dining, dancing, snacking or mingling, and it doesn't really feel crowded. The team running the show clearly knows how to make events seamless. Looking forward to coming back!
