Your pharmacists or techs should talk to and treat people like patients seeking treatment, instead of being rude, acting like it’s a huge inconvenience that someone is looking for medicine. If they hate helping people get necessary medicine, why did you put them behind the pharmacy counter? I don’t need people rolling their eyes, grunting, and gasping like a teenager that just got asked to unload the dishwasher, when I’m trying to get medication to LIVE. I’ve got enough problems without their stank attitude - hence the medication. Just a rude, unprofessional woman. There is a guy there who is really helpful though! Wish I could remember his name. He’s a sweetheart and always helps with a smile. He’s one of the pharmacists, and the only reason this wouldn’t be a zero star review. Love him - hope he keeps up the great work despite his rude harpy of a coworker/employee.

The staff has always been friendly & helpful, in person & on the phone. At times they are understaffed which makes lines long & waiting frustrating. My problem with them is that they need to learn to have patients monthly meds on stock & do a better job at following up with doctor refills. I should not have to call them, the Dr, then them again & still wait 2 months to get my refills on meds I've been getting thier for over a year on a monthly basis.

This place is so bad, I'm still thinking about it over a year later. After I had my daughter, I was given a prescription for pain meds and an iron supplement. No pharmacy had both in stock. Publix told me they would have the iron in a few days. I called Walmart to see if they could fill it sooner. The woman on the phone was extremely rude to me. She told me they couldn't say if they had pain medicines in stock or not. I asked if they had the iron. She kept cutting me saying "I cannot give you that information." The woman was talking to me like I was a drug addict. I tried to ask if they had alcohol wipes in stock (I was taking lovenox injections in the middle of the pandemic. Nowhere had wipes) and she yelled "I cannot give you that information" and hung up on me. At no point in time did I become rude or raise my voice. Horrible, horrible, horrible people there.

Sadly I’ve called this number several times only to be put on hold. How ridiculous is it to even have this sign out here. I do not recommend using the pick up. Been waiting for 45 minutes placed on hold three times hung up on. So I finally decided to leave the prescriptions. Paid for and all. Don’t have time to deal with the inconvenience. May as well take the signs down if you can’t fulfill the demand.

It has been a while since I posted and it was a positive posting. However, since they have new pharmacy employees the service isn't all that great. Filling the prescriptions isn't the problem, it is the cashiers' knowledge when a prescription is ready or not. I was told that one of my prescriptions wasn't ready; to come back in 15 mins. Came back stood in line again and behind a lady who was also purchasing 10 items of groceries along with her prescription and then she wrote a check! (I don't think anyone should be able to checkout grocery items at the pharmacy window. Maybe one or two; possibly three, but not your grocery list!) . When it was my turn, I was told by the same pharmacy cashier that the prescription I was told wasn't ready yet couldn't be filled until a later date! Why didn't he tell me that when I was in line the first time?! It is very frustrating and my time is, of course, valuable! I recall when I wrote the first posting (under another name) the pharmacy cashiers were very customer friendly/oriented. If it were one of them (Sandy, Gail, Robert) they would've checked on it for me. They knew their customers by name and very helpful. Guess that's why they aren't there anymore!! They took the time to actually help their customers. They cared! This new group is not helpful at all and the one young man just mumbles! With the plastic partition separating you and them makes it worse to try to understand them. And you also have to yell out your name and birthdate so they can hear you! So much for privacy! I would transfer my prescriptions to other pharmacies (Kroger (God forbid!), Ingles or Publix) that are literally only a few miles from my house but Walmart Pharmacy accepts GoodRx unlike the others. I left Kroger many years ago because of their poor service. Walgreens accepts GoodRx but their meds are more expensive even with the coupon! So we will continue patronizing Walmart Pharmacy. I guess going forward I will need to inquire is it really not ready or not ready to fill?!

Usually pretty good but today I waited forever in line and had to leave for work before I could get my medication. I felt horrible for the elderly in front of me. The pharmacy never called anyone to help at the other register or thought to ask the woman holding everything up to step aside. I'll have to try another day.

Never ever have I ever received poor customer service. I agree with the earlier post about Sandy and Robert. But it isn't just them but ALL of the technicians who are very kind and understanding. I also want to include the pharmacists who also take the time to make sure you understand your prescription. And Bhumi (hopefully spelled her name correctly) did me a very kind favor and it is very much appreciated. They do put their customers first unlike Kroger! I have used Kroger's pharmacy and they are horrible and I've used Publix and Ingles as well and they do NOT provide the excellent customer service as I receive at Walmart. At Ingles on Nebo/Dallas Nebo take a long time to fill and longer to wait on you to pick up your prescription at their drive thru. You sit and wait at the car pick up window even though you are the only one or one of two sitting there! Kroger their line is just way too long! My time is valuable. I have been totally disappointed with Publix's pharmacy service at the New Georgia location. A couple of smarty mouths I have had to encounter! Not at all accommodating nor patient! Walmart Pharmacy at the Hiram location has exceeded my expectations. I sure go there enough! lol

I stay 2 mins from this Walmart but will drive more than 30mins to the Walmart Marketplace Walmart Pharmacy to get my prescriptions filled or refilled. They are slow, unwilling to help and rude.
