Staff is rude and slow. The female manager has a smart mouth. Every time I go to do business inside it takes forever. It took 40 mins for a withdrawal today. And the ATM are horrible. They are outdated. When you deposit cash it always tells me one of my bills is a check when it’s not. I have to go to Dallas or powder springs location just to deposit. Never fails. You can only deposit up to 30 bills at a time but in Marietta and elsewhere it’s up to 200. I hate having to go to this location. Wells Fargo do better.

If I could give them a zero I would, but I can’t worst customer service ever she is terrible. Won’t even cash a check when the guy authorized it and said it was good. It’s OK though Bank of America will always be better. Never go to Wells Fargo. Made me wait 10 minutes to cash a check but then said she still couldn’t cash it and they thought it was a fake check and had the guy on the And he verified it and she kept saying no

Worst Customer service I have ever encountered! Had the manager call me and ask security questions to verifiy that I wrote a check. I thought everything was fine and then she called me 30 minutes later and said she wouldn't cash the check. She could have asked me more security questions if she wanted but she choose not to. To make matters worse the person I wrote the check to was made to wait over an hour while she played these games. This is the most unprofessional lady that I have ever delt with! I called her boss and reported her, he said the security questions she asked aren't really the correct questions that she should be asking anyway. By looking at all these horrible reviews and the 2.7 average one can only hope that the manager I delt with today reads this with open mind so she can somehow better herself. If that doesn't work maybe she can go get that job at Circle K like I suggested to her today.

Horrible service, nothing but automated calls and when you try to speak to banker, you get put on hold for half an hour and then they tell you they’re unable to take your call. Not to mention walk in is also laughably bad. No one explains anything to you. Taking the little things of what banks are supposed to do for granted until you they stop working

This is worst customer service at a bank ever the atm won't take my cash and the walk up is down ridiculous. The teller wont accept deposit becuase its my elderly moms account who cant drive here!!! A bank that won't take money from thier customers lord customer service is dead!

Horrible service no one answers the phone. You are working to run our accounts and funds yet no one can answer the phone. You call the 800 # and get different answers from each agent

Zero stars and closing account after decades of poor business. This branch is horribly slow with unintelligent staff. They don't answer the phone. Been calling for days and they refuse to answer. No way to talk to a live person over the phone is unacceptable. WF has the means and the resources to ensure someone is answering the phone at the branch. Chase, Sunburst, even the incompetent 5th 3rd answers the phone at the branch. I'll be happy to take my money to the credit union. ***UPDATES - RESPONSE TO WELLS FARGO: STOP WITH THE LAME, SCRIPTED AUTO-RESPONSES ASKING CUSTOMERS TO EXPEND MORE OF THEIR TIME REACHING OUT. THE REVIEW IS ENOUGH INFO FOR WELLS FARGO TO FIX THE ISSUE. HIRE PEOPLE TO ANSWER THE PHONES AT THE BRANCHES! P E R I O D! YOU MADE RECORD PROFITS DURING THE SCAMDEMIC SO GET SOME QUALITY PEOPLE ON STAFF AND PAY THEM WELL!

Ms. Novelette was such a great manager to deal with. I m so glad I came here as she gave me her time and understood my issue and handled it in the best professional and ethical way. Don’t have words for such an amazing manager with a great customer service. And this is my go to location now. I will strongly recommend this location for a pleasant and great representatives to deal with.

In the bank taking care of my account trying to buy a house and I was here for an hour and one of the rude tellers told me I couldn't use the rest room trying to buy a house gathering thousands and I couldn't use the restroom thats crazy

Always a bad experience. You can no longer do banking on your lunch hour. Not when they consistently only have one teller. Walk in and see 3 people in line.. you're there at least 20 min. I have stood in line for 40 minutes. It's ridiculous.
