Amazes me that a sale just started and items are not in stock at 11am. I tried to pick up in store once again to be sent the "your items are cancelled" email. ALL of them!! Just shop online

The Fall season is almost upon us and, of course, that means it's time to stock up on everything that smells wonderful! There's a great promotion for the foaming and gel hand soaps and so I took the opportunity to pick up a few. This year, they have some adorable Halloween offerings. Also, they also have a line of subtle scents that have caught my eye (nose), liks Cypress & Cedarwood, Endless Sea, and Chasing Fireflies. I could be wrong but I don't remember seeing these in previous years. So I will definitely be back when the 3-wick candles go on sale! Stop in to catch the great sales!

I've decided not to return to this location because of blatant vulgar snickering behind a thin door. Some short-haired blonde, high school age looking. After working a long day, and trying to prepare myself for a funeral tomorrow, I run by Ulta to pick up a couple items to make myself presentable. I was confused about the closing time and was an hour off (I left at 9 min after closing btw). Not one associate asked me for help, even though I looked totally out of my element. Maybe they could find some people that have a little more patience. Thanks for making my terrible day just a little worse...

Not quite sure why they've had 65 star reviews unless they have recently change management. I went in there today and there were plenty of employees most of which were not assisting the customers with in the store I saw to on their phones and three cutting out behind the counter. None of which offered any customer service whatsoever. I literally was in the store for several minutes and still not even when I passed any of the employees was I asked if I needed any help. This is quite disturbing as I am disabled that the staff thought so little to even offer any assistance. While I was checking out I told the lady behind the counter who ended up being some form of management of what transpired and she showed no remorse there are too many companies online and other stores that desperately need our business to have to put up with that.

Shopped at the annual sale was one of the first people to get here spent over $200 Sydney my cashier was super rude when do use points couldn't use points cashier ask for phone number never took it through the receipt in the back like I was bothering her very first customer don't really understand will probably never shop here again

I am a man that doesn't go to places like this often, but I saw a sign outside that said that there was a sale and considering easter was coming up I wanted to get something nice for my mother. There was a girl at the front door who immediately offered me sanitizer then informed me on the sale. I was extremely overwhelmed by all the options. She and her friend helped me pick out 4 candles that were all on sale! As I was leaving I asked her name she said it was "Z". Z was very friendly and helpful, I hate shopping, thank you so much for making this trip easy!

Amazing experience at the "Candle Day" Event. I arrived early that morning around 530am and there was a long line. Social distance was in full affect. I was able to get in the store within 30 mins and was back in my car within the hour. The staff was amazing and was very knowledgeable about where every candle was located. I purchased 7 candles, lotion and was able to use my coupon so my candles were under $8. GREAT DEAL RIGHT?! This location was awesome as well, spacious and easy to checkout as well. Thanks BBW.

This is my second time coming to this location. I've been greeted very well by Mrs. Z, she's amazing. She helps you with any question you have with no hesitation and has a great attitude. The atmosphere is great. I will be returning!

I hope this store is not going anywhere. Not only it's 3 miles away from my house , but I don't have to struggle to find parking spot in mall parking lot and walk all the way up to the store in mall anymore. The ladies that work there were so friendly, helpful and patient. Breanna was so helpful and so friendly. And the register lady was so patient helping me with my purchases . I came with few coupons and she helped me finding the best coupons and discounts offers to save the most money. Again thank you for opening this store here in Hiram. Bath body works was the only reason I even go to the mall for , now I can just shop here. However just a suggestion, I think it'll be much better if you put a the store sign next to KOHLS, Home Goods,Bealls , Ulta,Ross so more people driving down hwy 278 will know.

Today my 8yr old sin and I visited the Hiram BBW location. We were excited about the semi-annual sale that started yesterday!! My son accidently knocked over 2 glass lotion bottles and they shattered on the floor. I quickly noticed that in the fall, glass had cut my son's ankle in 3 spots and his foot was littered in shards. I ran him over to the wash station to clean off the glass and blood that was now trailing down his foot. One of the ladies working quickly ran over to help me and offered a step stool to allow him to sit as I cleaned his wounds. Out of an entire store of people, she was the only person who offered to help. While others just glared and moved out of the way, she jumped into action. I was shocked to see that none of her counterparts ever offered assistance. Kudos to this young staffer who took action instead of ignoring the situation as did everyone else.

My gf loves these places. The smell makes me sneeze so I can't stay long. I came to buy a gift card and they helped me with it. The place was busy. Even though they had issues loading the gift card, they worked though it. I was in and out fairly quickly.
