I went there after dealing with AT&T since 2012 paying Way too much for in adequate Internet and way too much for phone service. The first person that I got there, Ashlan, to handle all of my stuff screwed everything up and I was ready to leave and never go back. I was at the store two days in a row for four hours each day with Ashlan and by the third day I was royally ticked off. I spoke to a manager and she put me with Aijae. She was very professional. She fixed all of the problems that Ashlan before her had messed up. I was extremely pleased with her and so far I am extremely pleased with Xfinity. I spoke with her manager today and told her that she should get all of the commission that Ashlan was supposed to get. The manager, Avenita told me that she was going to give the commission to Aijae. She deserves every bit of the commission. Ashlan was too invested in drama, and stirring up drama that she could not focus on the customer that was sitting in front of her. At one point she was actually on the phone speaking with somebody about what was going on in the store for over an hour and not focusing on what she needed to do. Not sure why she is still there after seeing multiple bad reviews on her customer service. Thanks Aijae and I hope you get the commission as told to me by Avenita; sorry if I spelled your name wrong. Avenita was also very helpful in getting everything accomplished and put me with Aijae to make sure that it was done. Also like to say that Bodie the tech that came to my house was very professional and set everything up in a timely manner and helped me with everything that I needed.

Customer service?
Don't count on it. I am calling for the third time about an overcharge on my bill. New plans, subscriptions, chat assistants, and everything to distract, confuse, and frustrate you to avoid the original purpose of the call.... weekends and after 5pm.... well, you'll be lucky to speak to a human.

The customer service that is rendered by Camilio, is unmatched. I am big on customer service, and he went above and beyond the call of duty.

After 30 long yrs I'm finally free from Comcast/Xfinity. All I have left to do is turn in equipment. This feels so good! đ

I would like to thank ALANITA for taking the time to help me with an issue with billing. She went out of her way to help me with an ongoing issue in regards to a device I sent back. She put my mind at ease, and I left the store feeling like I finally got the help I needed. I would recommend this store to anyone. Also, Troy was very nice as well;)

The only place I found to put review is their stores. On xfinity site it doesn't let you know the total in numbers, like 2.5 out of 5. This review is not about the store but about the company. I am paying for fast internet and every day after 9.30 they still speed. Less speed - less power spent by the company - less overhead expenses.

I want to give a HUGE shout out to Troy, Omarion, Ashlan and Aijae. They went SO FAR above and beyond and I genuinely don't know what I would have done without them. Not only did they save my job but they turn was has been a horrible month around. I can not thank them enough!

What shouldâve been the simplest 2 minute experience these people want to make as difficult as possible. I literally bought WiFi online, put all my info in, checked out, and chose to pick up the equipment in store. I come in and the very salesy person says oh our system is bad and doesnât see what you did online so we just need to redo it in store (very clearly trying to get the sale under their ID). I repeatedly say I did everything online let me just get the equipment. They keep repeating itâll only take 5 mins and Iâll get the same service. Literally refused to give me the equipment because they wanted to âredoâ it under their computer. So a waste of time and gas because they felt more concerned with their numbers than giving someone WHAT THEY PAID FOR.

I am a new customer with Xfinity. I set everything up with the 1-800 customer service number. They told me all I had to do was go to the store and pickup my equipment. (This is where the 1 star review starts) I went to the store to pickup the equipment. They told me that the representative did not set me up, I told them he said the equipment was on hold and under my name. I got the emails confirming everything. They then had a link texted to me. After I got the text they asked me to show them the text, and they grabbed my phone from my hand. They accepted things I couldnât see and then handed me my phone back. I called the 1-800 number and the billing department told me ânothing had changed from the day beforeâ which I thought was weird way to say nothing happened. Then I was connected with a representative to set up the equipment and she said âwhich account are you trying to set up. I see two accountsâ.
Basically after hours and the issue still unresolved Iâm leaving this 1 star review. The store is fraud and the corporate office is aware of there fraud conduct. They just have to investigate it. Be very careful when you go to this store, and definitely do let them have access to your phone!! If there were any other providers for my home I wouldnât choose Xfinity.
** Update. They added a comment to my review to talk about what happened. They posted a link in the message. The link does not work⌠they are a scam. If you can go to any other provider, just go with them. I loved AT&T.

No one knew the prices to any of the items. All the items were advertised as one price but the actual price was different from what was being advertised. Agents were standing around chit chatting amongst themselves and whispering about customers who were complaining about the false advertisement whole customers. I politely left my items on the counter and left the store

I'm quite certain my Aussies could be more helpful than the people in this store. I was sent there after a month long issue over my transfer pin. The guy tells me they can't provide the pin or access my business account. I drove to the Acworth store and had my pin. In less than 5 minutes. Don't bother going to this store, it's a waste of effort.
