Just tried to make a small amount of change to leave a tip for a housekeeper. Explained that was why we needed change for a small bill, absolutely refused due to “policy.” You are a bank, literally one of your only jobs is exchanging American currency. Very rude and unfriendly, no “community” vibes felt here.
