We were traveling Christmas week from the east coast to Mexico and our alternator went out. We had 4 pets with us and our family of 3. He dropped us all off at a pet friendly motel nearby and he was able to get us back on the road the same day only 3 days before Christmas eve after procuring the parts needed that afternoon.

Jerry did a awesome job on my car I would highly recommend him.after hitting two deer my car was in bad shape after he fixed the body I could not even tell it was wreaked..Fantastic body shop and the time frame was very quick.

Seems like a very expensive tow service. Some towers know that if you need a tow, you are probably desperate, and they charge accordingly. He wanted over 50% more than other competitors. It's his business...he can charge what he wants; on the other hand, the customer is entitled to their opinion about the price, and in this case, I feel very much like I was being taken advantage of.
