“COMPLETELY AWFUL!!!! Brian did all he could to correct situation but it was beyond his control!!! After hour and half wait for 930 scheduled appointment on Monday alerted him. He took car back immediately but only did oil change no safety inspection but was charged. Tried to fix but couldn't calling later to fix overcharge. But schedule for valve cover replacement,brake inspection,which was not completed. Very very frustrating experience which was so disappointing.”

“We were passingg through on I85 South from Atlanta heading home after a 4 day Vaca in the N GA mountains. The low tire light came on so we stopped at 2 truck stops trying to find a working air machine.... Finally did but the valve was loose and wouldn't take air. Found Ball Tire in a Google search and they were only 8 miles away. Super friendly, checked the valve then tightened it right there. Added air. Didn't charge us anything and we didn't even have to wait or get out of the car. Highly recommend. Thank you Ball Tire Service- truly southern hospitality!”
