Called to ask the bakery a question, was on hold for 8 minutes then got disconnected. Since Kroger is closer I'll use them in future. This store is going down hill fast. Walmart use to be a great store but service has dropped significantly and they can't seem to fix it. Thank goodness for Costco, Kroger and Publix, at least they answer their telephones.

To start off with, I love Walmart and this location is so convenient. Today I was in the checkout line and this poor man in front of us was bleeding. He was doing his best to manage it, but he was holding the bloody tissue and also loading the groceries. Once he had finished and stepped away, I kindly asked the cashier if she would wipe down the counter and change her gloves. She quickly became defensive and state "he had it covered". She sprayed a small part of the counter and didn't change her gloves. As someone who works in the medical field, I was appalled. Anytime there's blood in our clinic, it is handled with a specific protocol. I kindly exited the line and went to self check out where I could wipe everything down. I hope someone higher up sees this and has a quick chat with the staff about BLOOD-BORNE diseases and how it's so simple just to WIPE THE COUNTER AND CHANGE YOUR GLOVES.

Worst Walmart ever!!! Worst customer service as well as manager! I was there becuase it showed on the Walmart app the an item was cheaper in store vs online and the manager wouldn't change the price because he said "that's not the price its ringing up it doesn't matter what it says online or Walmart.com". The guy literally looked like he hated his job and really couldn't give a crap.
