“I love this gym! the only problem is so many other people love it too. It's always busy especially after 5:00 PM. I do appreciate how they have accommodated the members requests over the years. I have been a member since 2019. It's a great environment and the other members are all serious about their health. The staff are friendly and always greet me when I come in.My two recommendations would for the club to be open later on Saturday and Sunday. They close at 6:00PM which can be inconvenient when I work late. Having spoken with other members this is a common topic. I would like them to have more stair climbers. They have added more over the years to accommodate this need. Seems many other members love the stair climber too.”

The gym has a great variety of equipment and a large turf area for floor exercises. I have been going here for 4 years. The staff makes it easy to stay committed to working out. “I have recently joined CrossFit Koinonia and it was the best decision I could’ve made for my fitness journey going forward. Unlike any other gym out there, this feels more like a personalized workout plan to your own individual needs. I found that it doesn’t matter what experience level anyone is at because every workout can be scaled differently dependent on what fitness level you are at. I have only been going about a month, but I have already seen progress and results which will keep me coming back. I will not only be coming back every week for the killer workouts but also for the incredible community and atmosphere Charles and his wife have brought to Crossfit Koinonia. I’d highly recommend this gym and its worth just stopping by to try out a class and see what its about.”

“I wanted to take Pilates for a LONG time, but kept putting it off since I felt so much anxiety about being a first-timer and not knowing the first thing about a reformer (much less using one). I lost both of my parents recently and am currently in a transitional phase career-wise, so I forced myself to sign up to a beginner’s class at Naked Mind and Yoga because I knew Pilates helps improve mental health, body awareness, increases energy, plus a host of other benefits that I genuinely needed at this stage of my life. That being said, all the anxiety I felt about being a first-timer faded as soon as I walked into the Naked Mind studio, (and I’m not just saying this just to be nice) because I immediately felt a sense of belonging. From the ladies at the front desk greeting me/giving me a tour of the studio down to the instructor and the amazing class itself, I can’t recommend Naked Mind enough. If you’ve been on the fence about trying Pilates for the first time, PLEASE do yourself a favor by signing up for a beginners class because you won’t regret it and your body/mind will thank you for it. There’s nothing to be anxious about, and you’re encouraged to ask questions about ANY of moves/exercises, all of which are tailored to any physical limitations you may have. Makes Mind encourages class-members to listen to our bodies, that it’s not a competition, and by the time class wraps up you’re sitting there wondering how time flew by so quickly. I went from taking a single class one week to trying to fit in as many as my body will allow because this studio, the warm environment, amazing people, and the Pilates practice overall has done so much for me mentally and physically. I hope it does the same for anyone who might read this and relate to the anxiety of trying it for the first time- don’t put it off for as long as I did, give it a shot! There’s absolutely nothing to lose, you’ll only be gaining an awesome experience and renewed mindset. ❤️”

“I’ve worked out at Orangetheory off and on over the years but have been at OTF Sandy Plains consistently for the past 4 months. It is truly the best place to go for a full body workout with cardio and strength. The coaches truly care about your progress and are open and more than willing to talk with you about anything! The are so knowledgeable and skilled in what they do. I love this place. My only regret is that I didn’t fall in love with it sooner! “KAIÓ fit is by far the best workout facility in and around Canton GA. Charlie’s personal workout plans allow you to workout everyday of the week without compromising muscle fatigue or causing overuse injuries. I have been to several CrossFit & HIIT locations and none of those specialize in a tailored program that KAIÓ provides. The classes are small which lends to the advantage of personal instruction.I would highly recommend!!”
