This place seems to be run by retired guys with odd behavior and bad manners. Every time I visit there are employees sitting around chatting or on their phones like it's a hangout, and they avoid contact with customers. The managers are rude and impatient, often presenting knowledge that's plain wrong. Avoid this place unless you already know exactly what you need - they won't know enough or care to help you.

I call up to the store because u need a start relay for a Ford 500 they had one in stock so I go and pick it up to come to find out it wasn't what was needed.... call back and ask for a starter and this time they tell me that there is no such thing as a Ford 500 and they relay they gave me was for a mustang gt500....then I look at my receipt to find out I was sold a A/C HTR relay.... the customer service was by far the worst I have ever experienced but that may be because they were more worried about their card game they was playing

me and my dad went over to get his battery changed, Josh came out a changed my dad battery in 5 minutes, I recommend going to josh because he is a real part professional

I was trying to get my wife’s battery in her car swapped out. The clerk wanted to see the car first. He looked at it and said he couldn’t do it because of some plastic shroud. He said he wasn’t going to remove it. I pointed out to him that the shroud wasn’t in the way. The battery was fully exposed with only the bar holding it down. The bar that was bolted on on two sides but the shroud could be left in place. He looks at it again and said there was corrosion on the positive terminal and he couldn’t remove it because he didn’t want to break the battery terminal wire. The car was a 2019 and garaged kept.He was full of excuses and no help. I won’t be going there again. I went down the street to Advanced Auto and they easily changed out the battery.The OReilly team at this location are just plain lazy.

Associate didn't show any interest in helping me as a customer. This is odd because I'd reckon 99% of companies like to actually make money. Weird thing to teach your hourly folks.Thankfully, they have two competitors within a mile, the first of which was able to help me.

We just visited this store in Holly Springs for a new battery. Scott ended up helping us with this, new wipers and a variety of other things. He went so far above and beyond what he had to & offered exceptional service. He’s an A+ employee and we’re so grateful: I would def return again because of his level of care. ☺️A&A

I had to replace car battery. The young man Joshua has helped me and was nice and helpful as he can be. I will certainly go back to this place and recommend it to others.

Horrible service. Came in to get a new battery right away greeted by an older employee and said how do u even know it’s your battery(talked like I was stupid) and told him because the tow truck driver told me it was. He went to the car I popped the hood and said yeah can’t change this battery ( The car is a Chevy Cruze really). Acted like they didn’t want to do the job so I drove off. Sad! Don’t waste your time

Horrible experience. Got ripped off by Scott. Worst sales person EVER! I came in to buy wiper blades and he brings out the absolute most expensive wipers they sell and when I ask the guy to help me install them on my vehicle he scoffs; Scott had the absolute worst attitude. He expressed to me that I should just install the wipers in my garage at home. I told he that he sold me fancy wipers I didn’t know how to install and that there would be no one else to do that for me. I then watched him install the first wiper and as he struggles with it. He gets flustered and tells me to step back or he won’t be able to do it.

I spoke to Scott on the phone. He was kind enough to check his inventory for the part I needed. He confirmed he had it. I drove down to the store and Scott had the part on the counter when I arrived. Easy Peezy! I checked four different stores for the part today and none of them had it. Thanks Scott and Oreilly.

Chandler Roberts was fantastic and saved me a trip.I mistakenly gave him the wrong year and he offered to look up the parts needed by the VIN number and offered to pull the parts needed. They were the perfect fit. I will recommend Chandler and Oreilly’s to every one I can.

So I was just up there to get a diagnostic done the guy said it might be a fuse…. Didn’t give me the code. Told me to go to the dealership. Soooo I did. ALL IN ALL. I need a dang gas cap… which I could have figured that out for free if that guy would have told me instead of me going to the dealership paying for another diagnostic and running tests. Period
