My wife and I have used Sherwin-Williams paint in our homes for years! Recently, we needed to patch a small area and had to pick up additional paint to match, (color is “Night Watch” - a dramatic dark green - we love it!) Collin and his staff were very helpful with making sure we had the correct paint and sheen for our project. We will be back!

Beware they will oversell you on the amount of paint you need. We gave dimensions of our rooms and did not even use half of what they said we needed. We have 5 extra gallons of paint we don’t need. We went back to the store to speak to a manager and they said there’s nothing they can do. We will not use this location in the future.
Update: we reached out to Sherwin Williams corporate who was able to help resolve our issue. We were able to return the several unused/unopened gallons of paint we didn’t need which is much appreciated. Just be cautious of what you’re purchasing beforehand.

They apparently do not carry lower grade paint at this store, claiming is the district managers decision , I went in to get closet paint and they do not carry painters edge , very inconvenient for me to go store to store looking for what I need,

A bit late sharing this since the guys helped me immensely a month ago with paint for an outside concrete block wall. No painter here but they got me an awesome thick paint that did the job quickly and makes me look good to the wife and brought a pretty crappy looking wall back to life! Thanks guys

The customer service at the Sherwin-Williams store was extremely professional and helpful in my deciding what paint/colors/tools that were needed for my paint project. My favorite store!

Really bad customer service, this place has good quality products but the owner has to train their sales team better, they are rude and not knowledgeable. They take so long to do simple tasks, disappointing but this only happens at this store because the other store in Canton they are amazing!!

Sherwin-Williams paint is supposed to be a high quality product.It is not!They charge premium prices for paints that are low quality.I painted my house with their top grade (Emerald) paint, and the paint is just pealing right off. Their customer service is horrible!!! Sherwin-Williams is now to the point that they're just avoiding me and not returning my phone calls.
