“I got there almost 5 minutes after closing on a Saturday. The guy was actually getting in his car to go home. But he opened back up for me and was super friendly and helpful and rented me a locker in no time. He explained everything and it was very easy. The facility is super clean and organized and very secure. Highly recommend.
Follow up to that. I needed to get a bigger one later and Samantha was super helpful and actually talked me into the right size rather than try to sell me something I didn’t need. Great company great people.”

“I’ve been with this storage facility for several years, and recently, I had a concern about my rates. I reached out and spoke with Marci, who went above and beyond to help. She offered to adjust my rates to a more competitive level and locked them in for a year. Marci was incredibly helpful, patient, and clear. Later, I needed further clarification, and Chase was equally professional and thorough. Both took the time to walk me through everything and truly showed care in easing my frustration and saving me money. With that level of customer service, I’d highly recommend this place time and again!”

“Two employees at this location were awesome during my Uhaul rental (1) Robyn was quick and knowledgeable during my rental reservation and had me on my way super quickly with my Uhaul rental (awesome!) and (2) David was super helpful when I returned my rental and saved me a visit to the front desk to close out my rental agreement.

He is friendly organized and took charge. Move done in one day and not one item broken. He carried furniture and packed in a way to avoid shifting and maximized content. “While merchants are always looking for a way to improve, I won't be able to offer any additional insight. I had a fantastic experience with this U-Haul! The Uhaul employees from multiple locations went above and beyond to help me find an alternative truck nearby when my original reservation didn’t work out. Both team members were incredibly pleasant, professional, and efficient. Their excellent service made what could have been a stressful situation so much easier. U-Haul always comes through, and this experience was no exception. Highly recommend their services!”
“We rented a one way truck in PA and returned it here. In my experience (I've rented several), one way rentals are the ones they are ready to retire or the ones they want another region to be responsible for repairs/maintenance on...
The truck we were given in PA had about 145k miles, but drove comfortably for the 700+ mile 12 hour trip. It had minor leaking in both the cab and the box, and an issue with the a/c fan cutting out on the highway. I let them know about the issues, and the owner came out to the truck with me, documented the issues and said he would ensure that they are repaired before someone else gets the truck.
I also picked up a one way truck there a couple of years ago (driving to TX) and it was also a higher mileage vehicle, but had no issues.
Although others have reported issues with this location, I've found them to be good on both of my experiences there.”
