This place refuses to replace their atm outside and just fixes it everytime! That piece of crap has stolen my money twice now and I have to wait forever to see that money back!! Absolutely ridiculous!!!

Regions Bank Homer branch is like no other bank I've done business with. I am always warmly welcomed. Staff is very professional but very approachable and willing to help! They always take care of my business and make sure I'm satisfied with all answers. I truly love this branch and praise the entire staff. Thank you for caring about your customers💕

Excellent service. Several years ago I had fraud against my account , regions restored the $500 and assisted with blocking another would be fraud transaction. Opened another account and all my bill pay automatic debits transistioned smoothly over until I could contact the vendors. It is a good bank.

Spoke with someone over the phone for what I need to open an account. I get there and they told me something different and I guess she wasn't in the mood. Would never recommend. We'll go to another branch.

Regions is very, very good at what they do.. being a bank. As far as I know they've been around a long time and they offer a wide range of options for banking. Credit cards, loans, savings accounts, IRA's etc. They have also been taking the pandemic very seriously so you can feel safe going there, there are dividers between you and the teller plus if anyone there gets sick with COVID-19, they shut the bank down until it's sanitized top to bottom (l know because my wife cleans some of them) so that should comfort you about going there as well. Anyway, good institution.

I prefer this branch over all other Regions banks in the area. The staff here are very professional and have helped me to rebuild my credit. They take the time to walk you through any questions or concerns you might have. They also provide personal business and investment strategies guides through an experienced advisor. I am Very satisfied with this bank.

Terrible bank ! Service is no where to be found. Wouldn't exchange a few dollars in change for bills. Then had the nerve to ask me to set up an account with them.
