Don’t go to this store. I went in for a routine phone upgrade and was told to purchase a different plan to save me money. I was not told that this would add an extra line and remove my hot spots from all 3 phones under the plan. I contacted AT&T customer service and they told me to go back into the store and tell them what happened. I did and was told everything was fixed until I got my next bill and saw that wasn’t the case. I once again called the AT&T call center and they recognized this behavior as “cramming” where another line is added and plan change without full disclosure. The AT&T call center was very helpful and contacted the store to open up an investigation (case). I will never recommend this store to anyone and if it wasn’t for the AT&T call center fixing the problem I would have moved to Verizon.

AT&T customer service is 100% commission driven. If the person you talk to is not the person you bought from, there is 0 interest in fixing your problem. Otherwise, call Hadji or Habib and try to understand them after you have been waiting for your callback for 5 hours.

I've been here twice and on Google and on their door it says the close at 7pm. I arrived today at 6:29pm and no one was there and the door was locked. This is the second time I come here before 7pm and no one is here and the door is locked. If your hours changed you should post it on the door or Google.

The store gave a trade-in promotion to a non authorized user. The phone still had installments due and was in contract. I have spoken with ATT customer service and no trade in was initiated or in their system and is showing usage. I just read another review that the same thing happened to another customer. Something fishy is definitely going on. I had to pay 427 to cancel the phone and no phone to show for it since they took it for an improper trade. Manager, Alethea will not give me a contact for the owner/ director, just that they are owned by prime Communications.

This store allows you to bring stolen phones that belong to other people and trade them in. And then they will tell you too bad there system didn’t flag it. Now I am stuck paying off a phone that someone else turned in and received money for.

I had a deeply disappointing and troubling experience at the AT&T store located at 1980 Friendship Rd, Suite 101, Hoschton, GA (Store #7CDZ) on April 13, 2025, at 2:01 PM. I was assisted by a sales associate named Timothy L., and I feel compelled to share what happened to warn others. I had recently switched phone carriers and was added to my husband’s AT&T account. During my visit, Timothy informed me of a promotion for the iPhone 16 Plus at $10.99/month supposedly available when activating a new line or upgrading an existing one with an eligible unlimited plan. Here’s where the issue begins. I came in with an iPhone 14 Pro Max. Timothy told me I had to trade in my current phone the iPhone 14 Pro Max in order to qualify for the promotion. He explained that I’d receive up to $1,200 in trade-in credit, and the new phone would be essentially paid off through that credit. Based on this representation, and placing my trust in AT&T and their representative, I handed over my iPhone 14 Pro Max on the spot and completed the transaction. However, days later, I noticed something very concerning. When I checked the AT&T app, it showed no record of any trade-in. It simply showed that I received the promotion, but no mention of my iPhone 14 Pro Max being traded in at all. I visited another AT&T store to seek clarity, and they told me that a trade-in was not even required to receive the promotion. In other words, I was misled. Worse, there is no record of what happened to my iPhone 14 Pro Max, and I’m left wondering: Was it never processed? Was it stolen? Where did it go? To make matters worse, I have witnesses both my husband and sister were with me when I handed over the phone. This experience has completely shattered my trust in AT&T and this store in particular. Not only was I given false information, but I also feel like I was deceived and robbed. At minimum, this was a serious mishandling of my trade-in — at worst, it’s theft. I have reached out to AT&T and will be escalating this as far as necessary, but I want others to be very cautious. Do not trust verbal promises. Get everything in writing. And above all, do not do business at this store. I strongly advise others to avoid this location entirely. What happened to me should never happen to another customer.

Althea was amazing! Very professional, extremely knowledgeable and immediately put me at ease when I visited the store. I definitely recommend this location for any AT&T services.

I went to store to upgrade 2 phones for my daughter this morning. The reps were checking my account and they told me they don't see upgrade offer for next up which both of phone were paid 21 of 36. They told me to pay off both phone so they can upgrade but that is not why we are paying $6 per month for early upgrades.
The customer Service rep don't know what they are doing and assist manager were not able to guide this rep. I was very frustrated that they are repeating same thing to pay off and don't understand situations. I took same phone to suwanee store and get it upgrade with in 30 min. This store is really bad at customer service. Suwanee store also notice that this rep put one of my daughter phone to report suspended as stolen without telling me.
I would never recommend this store and will not visit.

Binty needs a raise because she was able to assist three customers at the same time and she was by herself. She remained calm, professional, able to multitask, and listened. We were at another AT&T store prior to that location and at the other store, there were two AT&T employees who didn't really have the time to greet us. We left the store and came to meet Binty. She is definitely a strong employee at your store. I highly recommend that she receives a raise.

I keep trying to go to the store and early upgrade my iPhone. It is Sunday March 9th. There is only one lady there. I have made 32 out of 36 payments. I have also been paying a $6.00 a month upgrade fee every month. Two times the sales person from this store tells me I have to pay a $100 to pay off my phone plus the $35 upgrade fee. I’m assured by ATT that is not true.. I do not want to order over the phone and have it mailed as phones are stolen off the porch often around here. Can someone from ATT tell me a competent person can talk to about this in person. ATT assures me that I do not need a voucher. I should be able to make this transaction in person after they order the phone I want.
