This place is not even deserved one star Was not very happy with my experience. I was discriminated for my salary and my race. he said he has to paid attention to the guy who make more than 500 thousand not to me and if I want him to take me out of the store which I answer yes you can take me out after you complete my return after I told him why he opened the box of the phone. Then he said well I’m going to called the police to take you out. For me was really discriminating because he was intimidating me with police because I’m Hispanic! Never wanted to go back to that store. And the guy who made 500 thousand should teach that little guy to be respectful with clients and as client they deserve respect and also should teach him a better training because he don’t know what to do.His name on my receipt is Jeffery B

Went in because my phone said sos and wouldn't work it took them all of 2 min to have it fixed thought I was gonna be there forever but this staff is very knowledgeable!

This store is shady with how they do business… I came in to upgrade my wife line right before vacation to a new iPhone, I clearly told the store manager who was doing the upgrade that I do not want the carrier insurance because we always use Apple care… He proceeded to add it anyways & I didn’t notice until the first bill was posted… & that was the store manager just to hit a monthly quota… I can only imagine all the other dirty things they be doing here… Don’t waste your time here, do you business elsewhere… I highly recommend going to a corporate location instead

Was not very happy with my experience. I had an issue with a phone and the online tech told me I needed to return the phone, unopened, and the nearest att could handle that for me. When I went in, I was told no, you don’t need to do that, let’s just set the other SIM card I ordered for a bring your own device. Phone activated and going. Got notice that the promo I had received was voided due to transfer of service within 90 days and was hit with full fee. That also kicked off a week long mess trying to get everything all worked out. I finally went to ATT in Flowery Branch and they were very helpful. Made the comment that the person who helped me really should not be doing that and it makes that store look bad along with causing me a week and several hours trying to fix the issue. I ended up just closing all lines and account and staying with Verizon it was such a mess. :/

Store was closed with a "be back soon" sign. Wasted too much time waiting for them to come back from "lunch" around 4 pm. Decided to go to a different store.

I broke my phone on a Sunday and have to be reachable for my staff. We use FirstNet and have to go to a Corporate store. Luckily this location is such a store. The poor sales associate spent 3 hours with me getting my phone swapped over. Great customer service any time I need something.

Mario Rodriquez is amazing he helped me work through trading in my iPhone 10 XSMax to a iPhone 14 pro max I was originality going to trade to a iPhone 13 Pro Max. He was able to work a better situation to be able to upgrade to a 14 rather than a 13 which was VERY amazing. He also helped my daughter figure out what international calling/texting plan for her 3 month study abroad in London and Italy. He has the best personality and the most intuitive way to solve all the situations that are presented to him in his very busy high maintenance customer service location.

We received excellent service at this location! Ahmad worked hard to get our new phone set up, transfer old one, and solved other problems. He and Malcolm were very knowledgeable and helpful! It was so appreciated because we’ve received horrible service at the corporate ATT location in Buford…several times! We will always go this location from now on!
