They told me my prescription would be ready on Friday. When I arrived, they told me it wasn't delivered and I would have to wait another week or get a new prescription. This is a controlled substance my son must have in order to go to school so I so I kept pressing them. After having me come inside, they magically found the medicine to fill the prescription.This means they LIED to me after having me stress over getting the medication for a full week. This is just the latest in a long series of bad dealings with them. They are the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with.

I've had it with this place. Lost my prescription once after they had filled it - this was after waiting two days to get it and of course I had to wait even longer (another day) because they had to get more delivered. Spent 20 minutes on a Wednesday morning (10 a.m.) in the drive thru line. I was behind one other car. It only took 15 seconds to get me what I came for once i finally got to the window - that's how drive thrus are supposed to work. Why would you create such a backup?This location just never recovered from the extra stress placed on them in 2020 .... But it's too time consuming and frustrating to deal with - I'm switching!

After following all the correct phone prompts (6 different times) and being left on automatic hold for a cumulative 60 minutes with NO ONE ANSWERING I have no choice but to complain on yelp. This cvs store is the absolute worst pharmacy ever. I was even told half the staff was fired. I was also a particular pharmacist refuses to answer the phone!Walgreens is not far away as well as Jackson Pharmacy. Good by cvs.

Please do not go to CVS Pharmacy here. The service is truly a mess. I returned a medication I received a month ago without even opening it, but they still refunded it. However, today I went to another doctor, got a different prescription, and went to pick it up. They put the medication in a bag, and I assumed it was the medication I was prescribed this time. I paid $26 for it and brought the bag home. When I checked the contents, it turned out to be the same medication I had returned a month ago. So, I went back to CVS and requested a refund, but now they refuse to do it. I don't understand why they won't take responsibility for their mistake of putting the wrong medication and refuse to refund it. I'm going to report this to CVS headquarters. The pharmacy manager, Sakeena, is truly terrible at customer service and very rude. This is the worst customer service I've experienced in my 25 years of living in the United States. Absolutely do not go to this pharmacy.I even called CVS Store Pharmacy directly on May 30th at 10:42 AM and told them to cancel the medication from a month ago because I didn't need it anymore, and they confirmed that they understood. However, how is it possible that today, when I went to pick up a different prescription, they gave me the same canceled medication from a month ago? This is a mistake on CVS's part. Therefore, they should provide a refund.

Very slow service, numerous billing issues with insurance that have to be corrected every visit, poor customer service from pharmacy staff.

Just wanted to put in a quick review for my experience here. Although the store is in pretty clean order, there was no one at the counter to help us. And the self checkout was annoying and deafeningly loud. I also wasn't able to get any help with the money back etc from the rewards program I am enrolled in since there wasn't someone to help and when I went to print the receipt, it printed a huge blank paper! Definitely a little annoyed with the experience here.

This is n ot my normal pharmacy, but the Dr. office I used called it into the wrong location.. not happy, but nothing to do with CVS. This is actually close to me so after leaving Flowery Branch to go here to get it, they were backed up with pharmacy- like all are now- but got in line to pick it up. I always go inside for best service.. It took about 20 minutes but I was amazed at how angry people get when they have to wait, and the limited staff that was there was doing all they could. I could see their frustration of deliveries and angry customers, but they remained professional and worked very diligently to get orders filled and people on their way. I got to the counter, they had my order but not my card of insurance info- but it was $10, I just got it so they could get going and I was fine. I hope we all learn patience in this pandemic or people aren't going to work customer facing jobs!! Highly recommend. Great job team..

I sat in the marked parking spot, understandably with instructions to not enter the store — nobody came, I tried to call the minute clinic however no representative answered the phone, I drove around to the pharmacy window and they sent me back to the parking spot. Nearly 55 minutes later I called the pharmacy again asking if they could get someone to come out for my test and they told me to just continue to wait, and that they had no idea when ‘the lady’ would come out to retrieve me and that she may be eating or she may be with someone else, but there was no way for them to flag her to let her know that someone was waiting outside. Basically I was given no ETA and had already been sitting there for nearly an hour. The pharmacy representative was also very rude and condescending. I will not come back to this location again. Get it together CVS or do not offer these tests and “appointments times” at all. Set proper expectations!

I recently moved to the area and am appalled at the horrible service by this pharmacy. I sent in my renewals in over the app 5 business days ago. I went today to pick up in the drive through. Took 10 min to get through the line. When I have her my information she stepped away. We were in sitting there for 20 min. I rang the buzzer and asked if there wass an issue. She said they were working on the order. I asked why it wasn't aalready filled. She stated they run over a week behind and have for months. The are fired. Transferring rx. The CVS management should be fired. The staff seemed eXtremely stressed out.
