Very pleasant experience at this office. Mr. Clifford Dansby Jr and his mother helped me tremendously with my automobile and home insurance. Only on car insurance I saved almost 400 every six months. Very welcomed place to shop for insurance. I had Allstate and do not know if everyone will have the same experience I had, but I definitely reccomend this place.

If I could give no stars I would do so..... this agent's office fraudulently took money for a policy I did not committ to out of my account after even telling me that they canceled it. I never authorized payment, my account info was kept on file just in case I was to move forward. I kept telling Felicia the receptionist that I would let her know. She pushed it through anyway after telling me she canceled it! Its Christmas weekend and your ripping me off $325.60 seriously! I will never ever do business with farmers insurance ever and will make sure that no business is referred. Thanks for the headache!!! Bad business and you all should be ashamed!! I have the text messages to go along with the proof as well so don't even try it!
