1. Don't ever order boneless wings or wings in general from Papa johns. 1st mistake ordering wings from A Franchised Pizza Joint.2. They weren't even fully tossed in sauce, which I Kinda was already expecting. Maybe it's just the location3. The chicken texture and taste are very much Mid !!Needs to allow fedunds on that garbage

Just received undercooked pizza. We could tell by looking at it when we opened the box that it wasn’t fully cooked. Currently having to put it in the oven to even be edible

I’m sorry but the pizza tasted like cardboard. Absolutely no flavor. I went in and I saw them using pre made pizza crust smh. The crust was so dry they didn’t put no butter or nothing on it. I’ll stick to Little Caesars where they actually roll their dough and use seasoning.

Terrible pizza. Usually Papa Johns is consistent, but this was not good. Crust was flat and seemed old, hardly any cheese, and was barely warm when it arrived.

Pizzas are fine, if they would have been prepared when we asked them to be ready. I'm not sure what the point of having a time for pick up option on your website is if you aren't going to go by that. Ordered the pizzas for a party to be picked up at 6. Got a text at 5:30 that they were ready. When I asked I was told they do not go by the times and make the pizzas as they are ordered. When I said so the pizzas just sit up there, she said yes but there's a heat lamp so they will still be hot. I'm not paying for old pizza sitting under a heat lamp. Remove the option to pick a time if you refuse to go by the expected times.

Great location, and it was pleasant to see this franchise location very clean.I ordered a pizza and the famous Cheese Sticks. This was a Saturday and they were super busy (a good problem). Make sure you order ahead of time, especially on the weekends.

I order a pizza and a couple of other items. Delivery guy said he left it on the front porch. Went and looked and it was not there. Call the delivery driver back and he said he would talk to his manager and see what he can do. Never got a call back, so called the store. The general manager was no help. He said I had to come in and get a new one. I cousin’s do a refund.

We always order delivery and have since this location has been open!We have NEVER waited longer than 45 minutes for our order (normally 2+ pizzas) and it’s always hot/fresh when we receive it!

Donovan went above and beyond to help us out tonight. We placed a bigger order this morning for our small church group to be delivered at 5:45pm, well the app messed up and processed it for asap. After speaking to Donovan he got it all straightened out and made sure to call me back to reassure that the order is good to go. Thank you so much for that your hard work did not go unnoticed.

I ordered the XL New York style pizza. I told them to hold the order until around 8pm since it was only 7:35pm. And the order hasn't been received, had to go over there to place the order. And wait for it, Im going to give this 3 stars instead of 5 stars due to the pizza not being ready by the time given. Im sorry Papa Johns! I know its a recent location. But please do better in your performance. Thank you!
