“Staff is consistently helpful, and shows every child significant attention. My child’s teacher-Mrs. Amanda goes above and beyond with kindness, and inventive strategies to challenge my child’s learning in the classroom. She is professional, and always grants my extra requests-I.e. letting me know if my child is acting out of character and corrective actions taken, if my child is unusually sick or complaining about things out of the norm, and even food intake updates so I can be sure that they are getting enough food/nutrition daily. She surpasses the bar continuously, and I couldn’t recommend her or the other staff members enough-Ms. Jayla, Mr. Ken, Ms. Julia..
all excellent at what they do, and make me feel that much better about who I’m leaving my child to be around and essentially learn from throughout the day(curriculum, manners, social norms, emotional regulation). New Odyssey is the place to take your child, without question.”

The infant room teachers are absolute angels and have been so patient to figure out all of the preferences of our highly opinionated little girl! Ms. Darcy is such a natural grandma figure and made our daughter feel comfortable from day one. Ms. Dulce, Ms. Adrianna, and Ms. Magali are all so kind and loving, and we can see that all of the teachers truly find joy in caring for our little one. “We have had an incredible experience with Discovery Point over the past eight years. My son started in 2018 followed by my daughter and the care, dedication, and genuine love shown to our children has meant more to our family than we can fully express.

The teachers and staff truly feel like family. They consistently go above and beyond to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for the kids. Knowing our children were not only well cared for but also genuinely loved gave us complete peace of mind every single day.

We are so grateful for the foundation Discovery Point helped build during these early years. My daughter is beyond prepared for Pre-K and advanced for her age because of the extra effort her preschool teacher put in. I am amazed every single day at the things she has learned in a 3/4 year old class.

My only recommendation would be classroom cameras. I've asked about this a few times and was told the decision was made beyond administration's control. If I owned this center, I would want to protect my teachers from wild accusations as well as the children. In 2026 you just can't be too careful. Thankfully, Discovery Point's building layout is wide open and you can see through to each room from pretty much anywhere. This would just be an added measure of security for prospective families.”

“My son only has gone here for a week. He was having a hard time adjusting as I’ve been a stay at home mom his entire life. He came home upset a few days but I think it more so had to do with adjusting to being told what to do by another adult. The staff was amazing at making me feel reassured and confident that he was safe. The director and Ms Kara are the kindest women I think I have ever met and in just a short frame of knowing them I would send my child here again in a heart beat! They make you feel like you’re apart of their community even in just a short frame of time . The only reason we left was because of a family matter that just made more sense for our family but this school will make you feel confident your children are safe. Even if your child is like mine and it’s a brand new experience and they have to adjust to new authority figures. Please reach out to them! They are the kindest humans!”
