I've been here a couple of times in the past and had no problems. However, this morning, I came and sat for 10 minutes waiting for the attendant to finish in the bathroom. People behind me were backing up and leaving. Then when he finally did come out, I couldn't vacuum my car because all of the stations were turned off. It was a confusing experience.

The automatic washer missed quite a few key areas to clean in my Dodge Journey Crossroads. My from bumper didn’t get cleaned insects. It did, however, clean my rear bumper. My mirrors were packed in my the rollers so they didn’t get filler cleaned off unsaved and there were areas around the outer tire well that were still dirty. Quick easy, but definitely a lot room for improvement.

I’ve been waiting for this place to open back up and it was worth the wait! They had a special going on where they offered a free car wash and it was quick and easy.
You just text the number provided and bam! You get a free wash!
The attendants were friendly and I appreciated how quick and clean the whole experience was. My car looks amazing and I love that they provide you with vacuums as well as towels and window cleaner to use. Now that it’s open I can’t wait to use them continuously as they’re right around the corner from me. Great place!

Went to get car washed and hand waxed. Met Connor who answered all my questions, and was very thorough and displayed great customer service. Will be back for my next wax in a few months.

Paid $60 for a hand wash with an interior cleaning added on. Under my seat had some broken glass that had not been vacuumed. I waited over an hour & payed a job that was done half assed. My rear view mirror hadn't even been touched!! I was livid to say the least. The prices have increased & the quality of work done is beyond piss poor. I had no Armor all applied to any of my dash or door areas that needed it. I had to go back & do that part myself & vacuum the car myself. I would not pay to have my car cleaned here. Highly recommend going somewhere else.

Recently purchased unlimited washes for both our vehicles. In reviewing our bank acct, they charged us twice for one of the vehicles (2 days after the original purchase). Going in the office, the desk couldn't help, the manager on duty didn't help, said we'd be contacted in 2-3 days by the manager. No contact. Also on purchasing the washes at the drive thru kiosk, I asked the attendant how to cancel the monthly automated charges for future service, he said I'd have to call or go into the office. While in the office checking on erroneous charges, I told them I'd cancel both vehicles at the end of the current cycle. Girl at the desk said I could only do it online... when I questioned that, the manager on duty came out and cancelled it while I was there... (we'll see if that actually worked...) Hate they can't get the admin together there... the washes really are good and the facility has other great services I've used over the past few years.

I just wanted an update as of May 2023. I've come here quite a lot over the last 20 years it's been through changes but was able to get in today, good team in the pit I trusted they did a good job as well as the guys cleaning the car. In and out, I've always liked this place regardless of other reviews, but I only do a surface clean here as I detail my own cars but I still tip those that help me as I bring three different cars here and they've kept all of them running through different ownership for the last 20 years. Yes they hire kids but they do have management team with a little more experience so very pleased today and ready to hit the road. Highly recommend.
