This is the best UPS shop in the area. Family operated and everyone is nice. They are very polite and box the items for you. Their prices are very reasonable, and I have never had a bad experience with them. They deserve all the business in the area.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I will NEVER spend my money at this UPS again! This is the second time the older lady (I believe the owner) has had a nasty attitude with me. I went today to ship back outdoor ceiling fans to Amazon. They were still in the boxes. She looks at the QR code, rolls her eyes, and say “it says customer package”. I then tell her they are packaged. She informs me that they must be packaged together. So I’m like okay, I’ll buy a big box from yall to put them in. She just gives me a look and wouldn’t let me purchase a box. So I walked out with my returned items. & As I’m walking out she says “not dealing with the attitude”. The only person that had an attitude is YOU! I’ll spend my money elsewhere! So I drove to another store even though this one is right by where I live. I will NEVER return!!

The lady who works the front desk is literally the rudest and most difficult person I’ve ever dealt with , refused to take a return for her error so I had to drive 15 miles to the next store to return , she told me she wasn’t concerned about my “Pennies”*edited to respond to their edited reply ***Avoid this store at all cost the lady at the front des in refuses to admits when she is wrong and has no problem insulting her customers *

They used to be nice when they first opened but alas, it's up to the old ways. Over charging for the cheapest tape which didn't work and refused to use their tape gun even after I paid $5 for their 99 cent tape. Very disappointing ? Edited to reply to their answer-my package was properly packaged and just needed tape.The tape I purchased from them to tape the box did not work, they didn't allow me to use their tape gun even after I had purchased their shoty tape. Great customer service would have been to tape the box as they saw I was struggling to get their tape to work, but it is what it is. Lesson learned. If they're OK with giving poor customer service, I will make other choices when considering shipping.
