We use HPC for moving our storage containers, they can do things most companies/drivers cannot. If you have a space you need your shipping containers placed that seems impossible these are the people that can make it happen.

Terrible terrible customer service. Got cussed out on the phone by one of their mechanics and the owner of the company on two separate calls for asking about why they wanted so much to release my car. Got un lawfully charged for a non consensual tow! On my receipt it says they charged me for a storage fee on the weekend. That is illegal! They left the window on my car down and now I'm dealing with water damage. They pissed me of enough just there. Also a whole family living in the shop not one of them was nice the lady at the desk did nothing but argue with me while I asked for a reason my charge is aloud to be higher than the legal limit. They were rude and unlawful and dishonest I would not recommend this service at all! There are plenty more services in oconee county.

I moved to Madison County a few years ago. I used several big name well known mechanics in Athens and have felt nothing but frustration and broke. I met these guys three years ago when they towed my car to another shop and the tow truck driver said “hey we’re right up the road if you want our opinion”. I received my quote from the Athens shop and it was for $1400. I decided, to get a second opinion. I dropped my car off at HPC and two short hours later received a call and was told, it’s ready to be picked up. They figured out just one loose sensor was the problem and not. $1,400 repair. That speaks volumes about the men and women who work here, rather than take advantage they took care of me. I won’t go anywhere else and recommend this place to anyone and everyone I meet. If you want a mechanic that can diagnose better than a doctor, go see the guys at the shop! I hope they see this and know how much people appreciate them!

HPC Auto , I would highly recommend! I am new to the area and when the steering cable snapped in the middle of the road in Comer GA I had no idea who to call. A Deputy pushed me out of the road, and since it was Friday evening I figured if I got my son to come and give me a ride home I would be a lucky lady. Saturday morning after he told me it was not going to be an easy fix, I knew I needed it towed out from the front of Maggies before they opened up.I hit Google for anyone open and HPC answered. My vehicle is 23 years old, looks 50, it is filthy and has alot of history and even more miles.I was getting ready to say goodbye to the green tank knowing I wouldn't be able to afford repairs and a downpayment on something that ran. Monday morning after praying for 2 days I called and the nicest young lady tells me that the owner will call back after lunch. He does, the Excursion is ready, and for the towing, parts and labor it was under $250. They were incredibly nice and fast, The steering wheel feels brand new and I am impressed.

Ben and his crew are professional, reasonably priced and quick to respond. My granddaughter locked herself out while visiting. After waiting for AAA for 4 hours, we called HPC and they were here in 10 minutes! Will use them for all our future needs!Service: Car lockouts

Over the years have had a few different vehicles worked on by Steve and the guys at HPC. Once they had to pick up my truck off the side of the road. Thought I had serious and expensive issue, ended only costing about $100 with the tow. I could have easily been overcharged somewhere else. Had a brand new but faulty part put on a different vehicle and the very next day they replaced it immediately. They are always fair and reasonable. I would highly recommend calling them first if you need work done on your vehicle. This local business will get you taken care of.
