Absolutely awful, the customer service here is nice when u come in the store! I bought a chair for my grandmother when she got it home she had an issue with it! It was not the same one on the floor it was brand new I called up there I got the run around for weeks, they sent someone out there to look at the chair and the guy said they would be replacing it! I called back to see when and the lady at the desk said they had to get in touch with corporate! I would not recommend this place at all, the customer service is awful and they never call you back!

I bought A mattress and platform. The lady that helped me was very understanding and patient. I told her that I had a budget and she didn’t pressure me to go over my budget. She helped me until we found something that worked for me. Delivery was great as well.

I've been a customer for about 5/6yrs.
I love the fact that I can always go back to purchase What I need. My payment only goes up a little. Badcock's prices are very reasonable. And they have a great selection. If you see what you like on their floor. They will check their other stores to accommodate you. Well I will say this: I'm a customer for life .
