I was visiting a friend in Jackson (I'm from Macon)
And she suggested going there cuz they pump your gas! I didn't believe her, but we drove on over. The nicest guy came out, and I asked him to fill it up. He said No problem. He finished, and I paid and tried to give him a 20$ tip. He wouldn't hear of it. I insisted, but he wouldn't accept it. He was the owner and so nice. He had a beautiful smile. I am 74 years old with mobility issues, so his pumping my gas was worth a 20$ tip!
I wish he had accepted it. You can bet I will gas up every time I go to Jackson, which is once a week!
Oh…, the gas was $2.89 a gallon, the same as I pay in Macon!
Go there… you'll be thankful you did!

5 out of 10 stars... Needs to improve its customer Service interactions ...... not the most courteous experience the 2 times I've went .Owner needs to take a training course on improving customer Service.

My family uses this place. I was told they did tractor tires. The older guy working in the front ignored me when I walked through the door. Once he finally acknowledged me I asked for help to patch a tractor tire. He came out to my truck and said no one here can do that - then snarking said Bye and walked inside. No small talk, no recommendation.

We rented a UHaul from Biles. The employee (who I believe was the owner) was extremely welcoming and helpful in getting us set up with our equipment. He called to confirm which was extremely appreciated since we were actually a day late due to UHaul scheduling a reservation without having the equipment on hand in Warner Robins.
You can tell this is a business that is a piece of America that is sadly fading. If this were in my town, I’d be visiting whenever I could. The old style gas pumps, full service station, and I think it’s probably family owned and operated. I hope that this place continues to stand the test of time with fair and honest service.

I’ve gone here a couple times to get my tire plugged from some screws. Always had good service and the price was very fair. Would recommend.
