This is a scam business. They are not located at this location operating with a Google voice number and scamming clients out of their deposits then client shows up at our address asking for service. I've already informed the police cyber crimes unit and they are on the case.

This girl Tiffani is very unprofessional!! Do not book with her! Don't do it! She failed to communicate with me. Gave me a bogus address to her shop. So I'm thinking she is a scammer. Then she calls with a nasty attitude yelling at me because I wanted to cancel my appointment and my deposit back. I had to quickly gather her cause I am not the one hunni!. I still haven't received my money. I talked to the shop owner and she has been stealing clients from another stylist. I will be contacting the police department today.

I found my new braider on the first try. She was quick, professional and down to earth. The first day I went out I was getting compliments. I will definitely be using her again in the near future.

Crazy thing is I called her and asked her if she could take me she said yes I let her know what kind of hair style I want and let her know I am a truck driver not from here just needed my hair done she even asked me where I was park and told me she’ll blow dry my hair for me as long my hair is wash after I told her I won’t be able to blow dry it since I am in the truck. I refuse a load just because she said yes I sat there end up leaving the next day since she asked me to stop calling and text her I sat there patiently waiting on a text even if it was to tell me she couldn’t do it anymore.
She didn’t tell me maybe she’ll take me
It was a definite yes
as you can see in the message where she said she’ll call me 30 minutes prior to her finishing her other client
I wasn’t going to post the receipt but since she is responding like this instead of apologizing I didn’t even write anything I just leave a one star.
Her work looks really nice I ain’t going to take that away from her but it’s respecting people’s time and show respect
You are a business woman
I wasn’t asking you to do my hair for free if I can respect you, you owe me the same respect back
Because at the end of the day you were going to get pay for your work it wasn’t free.
To you’re answer how did I talk to you aggressive when you never pick the phone after the conversation we had when you told me it’s okay you’ll blow dry my hair for and all I thank you and told you I’ll go wash it now

And you are full of it because when I google black owned hair salon near me it says you were open
And not only that I called you and asked you
You said yes and not once did you say to me to go book it yes I know most of the times you supposed to booked your appointment but you knew what it was from the beginning
You knew I just stop for the day and I was looking for someone who has an opening for today so stop saying I didn’t have an appointment when you say you’ll do it
It crazy cause I thought I was the only that thought you were rude until I read these comments
How did I text you aggressive when everything I text you is right here lol
And not only that lady I Am a OTR truck driver when ever I need my hair done I get it done
And you the only that called me aggressive
Everyone respect the words and peoples time
It’s okay because I should have read all your reviews most have one thing to say about you and it’s how unprofessional you are
And no I am far away from mad you ain’t the only hair stylist here and the moment I got to LA the next day I got my hair done like I always do when I need my hair done
I google the place closest to me and get it done
And your level of unprofessional can’t allow you to see where you were wrong and that’s sad good luck. I give you 1 star cause you deserve it
And yes I was eager to get my hair done because most of the times I stop in some state depend on the city there is no black own salon there or near that’s the reason while I had the time I was going to get it done
But from all these comments where they tell you how unprofessional you were learn how to be more respectful and take accountability it ain’t going to kill you it’s okay to apologize
The problem wasn’t the fact you didn’t do my hair the problem is that you let me sit there wait for you after you asked that I stop texting or calling I didn’t edit your text. have a bless day
