My elderly parents have been calling and calling to get assistance with a scheduled appointment they had for a repair technician to come fix their gas tank. He was scheduled a week ago and did not show up and scheduled yesterday and No Show! My dad is getting the run around every time he calls. They are almost out of gas and it’s extremely frustrating that he is NOT getting any help!!!! This is ridiculous and should never happen to anyone! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Shame on Ferrellgas !

Have been with Ferrell Gas over 12 years. Had an issue with customer service a few years back and that was resolved after I sent an email to the president of the company. I just don’t like that they haven’t replaced this rusty tank that they brought me. I have to pay yearly for the use of this old tank. Have asked again recently. Maybe it’s time for me to send the president another email.

The worst company I’ve ever experienced. Customer service is friendly on the phone but they don’t even work at this location. Put in an order on Jan 15th, initial date for fill up said Jan 24th. 24th came around and they changed the date to 29th. I called customer service on the 24th and explained that delaying this fill up would make it so that our home inspection on the 25th would fail and we can’t sell our home. THEN they changed that date to the 29th. Horrible! And they make you lease their tank so you can’t go with another service. If only they could go out of business for another company to take over, seems the only way problems would be solved.

This is the worst experience I’ve had. I made a order on the 21th and explained to the customer rep what would be the day for delivery they said by the 23rd and now when I calling the machine it’s telling me the 3rd. I had to rush my new born to the hospital due to the house being 2 degrees. I had no heat to keep her warm. This is the worst. And on top of that the propane price went up 80%. Which left me with no extra funds to go to a shelter with my 4 kids and new born.I would never recommend this company for no one. They are quick to take your Money and lie but will take almost 13 days to deliver. It’s shame how this company does business.

Needed our tank refilled because, once again, we waited too late to call for a refill. We were told they would be here between the 16th and the 22nd. Well it’s going on 8:30p.m.on the 22nd and still no gas. I know they are probably very busy with the cold weather and all but OMG you would like they would send somebody out in a week. We aren’t new customers either. Been using them for many years. I know this complaint probably won’t make any differences but I’m freezing and just wanted to share.

My family has had an acct with ferrellgas since the 90’s. I ordered gas over a week ago. You would think they would value customers more that have been with them for so long. I unfortunately still have not received my delivery and according to them I won’t receive it until the 28th-29th. I placed an order on 01/19. I’m so disappointed with this company bc it’s apparent that this is not a company that will go beyond their means to ensure their valued customers are treated right, especially when it’s winter and is extremely cold. The current temp in my hse with all 5 space heaters on is still approx 60 degrees. That is unacceptable for a customer who has been with a company for 20+ yrs to wait over a week for some heat especially when there is a 3 yr old at the residence. I have expressed and emphasized this everyday to a representative and in return their response is I still have to wait. I asked to speak with a manager days ago and still nothing. At this point, I wouldn’t recommend new customers to this company bc they can’t even keep current customers satisfied. It’s always an issue with a delivery ALWAYS!!!

We had to order our gas online and haven’t heard anything except we got a confirmation number. We have no gas with a winter storm. We have been customers since 1985. You can’t speak with anyone like I did in the summer. Your company used to treat your customers right but now you can’t get gas when you need it! We have been out a week!

It amazes me when a new possible customer calls to get a quote, you get hung up on. I guess they don't want the business. Your loss will contact competitors.

Not a rv gas supplier . Unless you drive up there . A fyi ferrell gas. So is a gas station if i wanted to un hook my camper and drive it around . bad ethics today

Terrible service. We took two tanks for refill 2 months ago, told it was going to be an hour, came back and it was closed for two weeks. We paid for two 30lb tanks to have new valves installed and only one was done and is leaking 7 months later. We are now refilling at Tractor Supply and looking for another RELIABLE supplier to repair/do what we paid for.

This location is equipped with a very helpful professional that was able to set me up with propane service for my home. Very friendly and made sure to get me set up with service asap. Would recommend for sure!

Great people. If you want to fill the LP tank on your RV; the best time to get service is to be there and ready at opening (8am). Then your tank fill will be completed by the technician, before their own truck is filled for the day and the gas delivery truck leaves for home delivery.
