Worst customer service Ever! I understand right now they maybe busy due to the weather but when I called to even get service the lady who answers the phone stays snapping at me. I kept my cool knowing they are busy and the stress of some customers is horrible. I work customer service myself so I get it but having the lady who answers your phone being the face of your company is a bad look for y’all… I have called to check on my service and I have been snapped at cut off and spoke down to. I’m sorry you can’t handle the pressure of being busy maybe you should hire someone else with more patience because lady whoever you are I promise the stress of this job is not worth the attitude your giving your customers.

Best Customer service around. Always speedy delivery. Great traditional service - No computer to talk to only a human, they don't play games with need a tank inspect before fill. Just good basic propane delivery service.

They are great about coming out, usually the day you call. But prices are high and everytime I've called the lady that answers is so rude. We've been with them for 20 years and have always paid I think we have earned kindness.

I have been a loyal customer for over 30 years and plan on staying that way. Harold's has delivered my propane in a timely and friendly manner. Their prices are reasonable. I would definitely recommend.

Worst customer service ever. Don't bring your RV tanks to be filled there or else you will either be treated like you're a nuisance and charged for more than what was actually put in the tank, ridiculed for the tank not being completely empty (like we can't top it off so we don't run out??), or they won't have anyone on site to fill it at all. Don't offer on-site filling if it's that big of a problem. Sorry for bothering you with our business but I can assure you we will make the drive out of Jackson to go elsewhere going forward.

Called to have gas delivered at the house I just purchased. I asked for a service tech to come make sure everything was in order and the woman on the phone was so rude and nasty I finally told her this was to much for her and I called Ferrals.

This company preys on women! I ordered services last year paying 1000 dollars and my fire places never came on. Countless phone calls to them and they tried to make me think it was my fire places.I had my warranty company come look at them; they found nothing wrong with my fire places. My father came out yesterday and was able to read that there was no gas in the tank. It was last season that I filled it; no gas was used because the fire places wouldn't come on. They never filled my tank, only took my money because I had to pay prior to them coming out. Neither did they send anyone there to check even after the 5-7 times I called them. They are a scam and now won't answer my calls! Do not use this company! And still no contact
