Someone smacked me the door and quarter and I was worried couldn’t find a good shop to do a good job for me but I gave them a shot and I’m very satisfied the paint and body work is flawless and I’m picky lol great job and highly recommended

I couldn't be more pleased with the work they performed on the back rear of my car above the bumper. I didn't quite have my car pulled in our Garage when the handle of the garage door scratched the car. The work was perfect and matched my car color to the T.... Barry was great and so was Kelly :) ( was able to drop off in the morning and got it back that afternoon) thanks again for a job well done.!!!

I was referred to Jackson Collision Center by David at J R Auto (off Hwy 42 S). Jackson Collision Center is extremely knowledgeable and very reasonable. More importantly, they take great pride in seeing that each customer is attended to promptly and thoroughly in friendly and professional manner. They also have a mascot name Rose (a mini Schnauzer) who is a perfect delight. I felt like I had known them for a long time by the time my first visit was over. Professional, warm hearted and friendly - it pretty much does not get better than that.

Dropped my truck off for an estimate for an insurance claim, and truck sat for 2 weeks, without being touched once. Was lied too about the status of my truck, and they also told the same lie to my insurance company. Would NOT recommend this shop to anyone, unless you have zero time-line for your vehicle.

These folks are great. My insurance company recommend them to me. I'm glad they did. I used a couple of places in West Griffin that are well known. But there workmanship got.... lacking. Mason was fantastic. Very knowledgeable. They did what was promised, and you paid the exact rate. No hidden fees. Their work is second to none. I will be back to get some jeeps painted in the near future. I am really impressed with their quality of work and price.

A deer struck my daughter on 3/16. I choose Jackson collision because of the Google reviews. It took longer than expected, we just got it back on Friday, 4/26 because of a delayed part. I work in a field were we are still getting mail from January and it is now April, so I wasn't surprise. The communication was off at first, but it drastically improved. I also use to own my own auto and repair shop, so I know the pains of getting a customer their vehicle when promised and that is my reason for 5 stars ?. Jackson collision went above and beyond, her car looks great, and so far it runs great as well. Give the receptionist a raise, she is AMAZING! I hope to never need you guys again, but if I do, you'll be the first collision center I call. Thank you.

They do an awesome job! We've been hit twice and you can't even tell what's been repaired. (Rear hatch and driver's side door.) So when we wanted to replace the passenger side mirror, JCC searched for a used one that will cut the price in half. Great service and attention to a customer's needs.
