No one greeted me (not important) but fuel island had trucks not pulling forward to get fuel after the other trucks had moved. Went in the restroom and 4 sinks had drivers practically bathing so no one else could wash our hands.

Candace greeted me at door. Polite as all git-up. She apologized because there showers were down due to construction. Said I could drop trailer and Bobtail to another truckstop for a shower if I needed to. Again she was a very very nice kind-hearted lady.

My husband and I were there last week. We slept overnight because we heard good things about the morning breakfast. With our luck we were so disappointed on a fight that took place while trying to order a breakfast plate. Two workers were going at each other’s necks screaming out profanity that a soldier wouldn’t even use. Very unprofessional and distasteful, we kindly put our items down and walked out along with 4 others.

Good parking lot, reserved parking is not enforced, great shower. No beer 🍺, but bp has got your back.

Parking is horrible for drivers there is no control I er who parks where it's a mad house at night plus they been without showers since June and approaching 3 lrd month no showers staff is friendly but that's about it🙄

Worst flying J I have been to. Maybe if their showers and laundry weren't under construction it would be better but then again the bathrooms are also the grossest I've seen for this company.

Needs to renovate to put more than two toilets in the men's restroom. While they taking ages to complete an unnecessary renovation preventing me from being able to get milk for my cereal

What a hreat Customer Service !
Was ready to give a one start review and say some bad things. Intill the pretty lady manager came and saw me at the cashier with my hand on my hip all frustraded because due to construction there were no showers, but she tolme a solution for it and made me a very happy customer. Thanks .. that is what i call finding great solutions and keeping the customer happy. For that reason, in the morning, I pumped 120 gallons of diesel at this location. Thanks for all your kindness and understanding. Great managers make a great work atmosphere and great customer environment.

Exit 201 Georgia. Driving from Florida to Tennessee on Saturday June 7. EVERY GAS PUMP WAS COVERED WITH PLASTIC BAGS. -- SO NO GAS AT THIS GAS STATION!!!!. The manager/workers didn't even think to put up any cones or signs in front indicating this Flying J/Pilot truck stop had NO gas either at the car pumps or the RV pumps.
But hey, the electric charging stations were working and EMPTY.

No showers because of construction, I can deal with. But when you go into to the store later only to find out it’s closing at 9:30. No one thought to put a sign up they were closing early. The management is inconsiderate toward truckers. This truckstop won’t get anymore of my business.
