Called in to have a airbag installed got told it would take 30 minutes to install and then once one site got a trl tire installed the put it on in 30 mins as well so I very happy as I had a an experience where I seen a customer be told it would take 45 minutes to air up a tire. So Alex get double smiles who did my work give that man a raise. He was very knowledgeable had a great attitude. Looking forward to coming back. And getting work down with people you value your time and put in a good effort to try and get you done asap. Thank you so much!!!!!

I am deeply regretting having done business with this vendor. Employee # 34302 has caused some serious issues because of his activist views. I stopped to have a tire repaired and he wanted to video the livestock in my trailer and when I wouldn't allow it he got angry and sent reports to several states including my my home using my personal info to have officials wanting to investigate his unsubstantiated and rediculous claims which were seen by the officials as also rediculous and an udder waste of enforcement resources. This is the kind of Employees you hire and people hauling livestock need to beware. When I called to speak with the manager this employee claimed to be the manager and got very ignorant and confrontational with me during this phone call.

Came in at 5:30 on a Sunday to get a tire changed. It took longer for payment to go through than it took them to change the tire. Very professional crew and easy to work with

Waited 8 hours at loves shop wasn't going to get in went to Southern Tire Mart got in less than a hour and was fixed in less than a hour the Technician was professional his name was Randall Jackson, ga.

**Absolutely Terrible Experience - Dishonest and Unprofessional!**
I recently went in to get three shocks replaced and was given a quote of $400 for everything by the lady at the front desk. I always make sure to get quotes before starting any work to avoid surprises. Imagine my shock (no pun intended) when I got the final bill, and it was **$640**—a huge jump from what I was quoted! After I confronted them about the massive difference, they tried to claim that they never gave me the original quote and acted like I was lying.
This is beyond unacceptable. Either they are completely disorganized and can't keep their quotes straight, or they are intentionally misleading their customers. Either way, it’s dishonest business practice. After a lot of back-and-forth, I ended up paying **$550**, which is still much higher than the agreed price.
I don’t appreciate being lied to or taken advantage of, and I will never be coming back here again. If you value honesty, transparency, and fair pricing, take your business elsewhere. These people can’t be trusted!

Bought a brand new drive tire and got it installed, but they didn't tighten the valve core. I tire kept going flat. I called them about it, and they denied any wrongdoing. Rude customer service will not be doing business with them going forward.
I went to Love's and got it fixed it.
