Restroom 🚽 could’ve used some attention but it was so many people in there.
Get here unbelievably early for any hope of parking 🅿️

Microwave had approximately 1 cup of cooked meat pushed against the far wall and rear side wall. The inside door and glass tray had dried splatter. One rep. Ansley was nearby I pointed this out and asked for it to be cleaned. Very helpful & polite girl whom after inspecting, reported the incident on her communication device and removed the nutrient rich media for continued culture growth. I walked away and went to speak with Manager. The woman on duty, when promoting this problem would talk over you and dismiss the topic further by saying, they're are cleaning it now, marginalize the incident, it was one customer whom created this mess, it's for the public for the public to use, with a distinct impression that this manager does not have that microwave on a set cleaning schedule. Again the manager was quick with being dismissive and will talk in a raised voice over the customer while making a complaint, this Manager comes across as being lethargic to the needs of the customers.

I now remember why I stopped buying fuel from pilot this one has the rudest lady working in it i have ever seen in my 35 years driving truck. Thank God I can buy my fuel anywhere. I will never spend another penny in pilot truckstops

Good parking lot, great showers, absolutely no beer at pilot, love's or ta. There is a store up on the hill. They sell beer 🍺

Why is are the shower guys asking for tips. We pay for these showers with fuel or $. Tell your workers this isn't right. Literally asking every single person. This is your job.
