The tow guy pulled and jump out the truck with a big gun on his hip I think that was so uncomfortable and not pleasant.Also they will not travel over 20mile through AAA.
LET BE HONEST HOW CAN I TRY TO SCAM AAA AND I GET A FREE 100MILES FREE WITH MY PLAN.ALSO. YOU GUYS DID GIVE ME SERVICE TO THE SHORT 8MILES LOCATION.PLEASE BE HONEST

Southern Style Towing was heaven sent. I had a flat tire and I was with my children and left my phone at home, I didn’t know what to do. My oldest and I was trying to change it but the strategy wasn’t working. All of a sudden the tow truck shows up and resolved the problem. I am forever grateful. Thank you guys so much.

I needed help ASAP last week and AAA contacted Southern Style Towing to take care of my tow and I was more than appreciative!! The guy was prompt on a busy Thursday evening and very helpful. He told me that he thought my starter was bad and that was definitely the issue!! I would definitely recommend them!

I am new to 'run flat' tires and opted for a tow to change a tire. Southern Style Towing was sent to the rescue. I received white glove service throughout! They communicated well and arrived ahead of schedule. Michael, the driver, was professional, courteous, and friendly. We arrived at the dealership 25 minutes ahead of my appointment. I will most definitely request Southern Style Towing for future roadside assistance. Job well done ?!

This was the service provider who provided my AAA service request to tow our truck to the shop for repairs. I’m glad they did. The service tech who arrived was very kind informative and arrived pretty fast. I watched him exercise patience with my neighbors guests as that blocked him access to my drive way with no regard to his time and what he was trying to do. He carefully loaded and secured our vehicle. The Service Tech made sure my vehicle arrived to the shop. I’m not sure about their pricing for services because I have not paid anything directly to them as a tow provider and I’ve read a couple of the reviews mentioning the prices. I will say the tow bed I saw looked newer and well maintained and sometimes the price is worth professionalism and good service.

Southern Style has been there for me on 3 different occasions! 1. Fixing my flat, 2. Towing because of bad gas two days after Christmas 2023, and 3. Towing today because of startup issues. Thanks to David and Southern Towing for being there for me!

If I could give 10 stars, I would. My parents had a blowout on I75 and I got in touch with Southern Style Towing while I was in another state and they were very polite, helpful and understanding! The gentleman who came to help change the tire was quick to arrive and quick to change the tire while being extremely professional! We can’t thank Southern Style Towing enough for helping and I would highly recommend them for any car towing/tire needs!!

I called for a tow at 11am They were suppose to show up an hour later. I was busy at work and lost track of time and at 4:40pm I called to see where they were. They apologized and said something came up but my truck should be there in 15, sounding like they just dispatched the truck then. I had no updates the entire time, except for when they got to my vehicle because I had just called and complained. They didn't tell me when they got the car on the truck or when they dropped it off at the shop, hell I still don't even know if it's there because they failed to call and the shop is closed. I've used tow service's NUMEROUS times and have never had this bad of an experience. 1/10.
