“This review is for Adam, Mobile Technician and Professional! I set up a mobile tech appointment for Tuesday morning. Apparently there was a communication error and Adam showed up to the appointment 1 day earlier. Unfortunately, I wasn’t available at the time he showed up to repair my truck. After communication with Dispatch, Adam volunteered to come back and complete the repairs. Once he arrived back, (late in the afternoon), he was ever the professional! He listened intently on what the issues I had with my truck and immediately went to work.I spent 23 years in the Military and rarely have I seen anyone since exhibiting “Self Sacrifice” and “Dedication to Duty” as I have from this Man who was caught in between a communication error. I would give him 10 stars if it was available, and I am forever grateful to Adam for his sacrifice and dedication! He not only repaired my Truck (Business), but he renewed my faith in more than multiple ways.”

“Was a relatively easy transaction. Tony was great to work with but his computer was playing hard ball lol. He explained to me all the steps I needed to take to load and unload my car on the trailer which was really nice since when I moved from Bristol VA home depot employees took no time to show me anything and I was on my own. If I ever needed a uhaul in the area again I would highly recommend”

“Can't beat the price for the amount of space. Very clean and we've never had water intrusion in the almost three years we've stored items there. The staff is very sweet and helpful. I've used a U-haul facility twice before and this is 10 times better on all accounts! Accessibility right to your door, friendly, clean and helpful! We haven't felt the need to built a shed because of $120 monthly rent some competitors charge or items being ruined.”
