My world shattered when my phone shattered this morning but Courtney was my hero at the Jackson ga store. She was so helpful and patient with all my questions. She went beyond and stayed on coustomer service tech support for an hour and 1/2 to fixed my voicemail which I haven't been able to figure out in the last 10 years nobody would of done that. I am forever grateful.

I came into the Verizon store on a Monday in disspar. I look around to buy new phones and these other providers gave me the run around. So, I'd seen this store when I would go to town, about once a week. So, on a Monday morning, I headed to town. I went in the store and was greeted by Courtney, with a smile. Bought 2 phones and in no time, I was walking out with my same numbers and 2 new phones. This store was great. I'll be visiting them for all my Verizon needs. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK and that wonderful smile.

I had the opportunity to work with Courtney at Verizon in Jackson, GA this week and she gave the most incredible customer service. I had a late appointment and she had two or three other customers walk in around the same time, two of which were difficult to deal with and she maintained her composure the whole time and managed to take care of my needs. I was there a little later than anticipated but I did not mind at all because I appreciated Courtney’s help and her expertise. Thank you for such great customer service!
