Reached out and had a lovely experience when looking for a new family member. Explained what my household was like and what I was looking for in a cat. She paired me with Fazzoli (now Odin) and we've loved him since day one. He's my dream cat and highly recommend them if you're looking to expand your family! He's been part of the family for two years now.

They won’t help the cats I have tried to take in bc they have awful attitudes and can’t even answer simple questions. They don’t deserve to gave a license just to throw in people’s face. They don’t even want to help and one of the cats Is about to have babies.
