Very bad experience with Alen Shop.
The service was poor and unprofessional. They said they fixed the problem, but the issue was not fixed properly at all. After paying, the same problem came back, which shows they didn’t do the work correctly. No proper explanation, no responsibility taken, and a waste of time and money. I would not recommend this shop to anyone looking for reliable service.

Bought a tire from these people for my mom’s car and the next day it was flat. It’s leaking all around the rim, not seated. The Mexican guy I talked to refused to give me his name and told me to leave. Said the rim is probably dirty and needs cleaned. For a fee they would fix it. My old tire didn’t leak around the rim it just had a nail in the sidewall. Lost a customer for life. I just bought 4 new tires for my car 6 months ago and always use them but not anymore. I have cancer and was treated like I am trash. We needed help to make it too make it to our Dr appointments. They really did my mom dirty.

I’ve been getting my tires here for a few years now and always had a great experience. Marvin has always been the one who has helped me and he’s always been super nice and given me an excellent price. I’ve yet to find cheaper/better tires and always call them first. Usually am in and out within 30 minutes and no appointment. They’ve been awesome and I highly recommend them ☺️

Marvin went above and beyond came to my location, took off my tire; took it to the shop, put the new one on the wheel brought it back and put it back on the vehicle. I greatly appreciate them. 5 stars definitely, recommend them over any other tire shop in Ellijay or Jasper Georgia.

Marvin and the team are great. They traveled to inspection my son’s car because I couldn’t get it to the shop. They even let me borrow a tool so I could get the tire off. All of the staff are friendly. I would recommend them to anyone. The price on new tires are cheaper than any place around as well. Very fair and honest.

Just stopped by today with a nail in a tire at 9:30 AM. By 9:45 AM I was driving out with a patched tire.
