We had the pleasure of getting assistance from Tucker at the Jasper,Ga location. To only have been working there a month, he is doing exceptionally well! Full of knowledge and talented in how he multitasked between me and another lady. Tucker deserves recognition not only by my review but by his company. Thank you for your service and efficiency on getting us the help we needed. You are going far in your career!

Wow. Jasper AT&T store. If I could give Jocelyn Crump more than 5 stars for her great service and fantastic attitude during our visit today, I would. I’m going to miss some of her kindnesses but here goes my best attempt:
-greeted every person as they arrived and as it got more crowded, she let them know it would be a bit before she could help them
-as she helped the next person, she also triaged to see if she could answer quick questions(no one was upset by this;we all understood she was working her tail off for all of us).
-once she understood we were looking for new phones, she pointed us to the correct area while she finished up with the customer ahead of us, gave us time to explore and gave great helpful information and advice when we asked.
-even when phones were stubborn in transferring, she explained, helped another and came back, never making us think we had been forgotten
There could have been a store full of extremely unhappy customers(I counted 12 at one point and she was alone for a lot of the time) but she kept working and helping as efficiently and effectively as she could.
I will recommend Jocelyn at the AT&T store often. Thank youx

Jocelyn in Jasper GA was absolutely amazing in assisting me. Normally I'd like to be in and out of these places but after 2hrs of fun laughter and 3 card swipes later I was all in. I would definitely visit this location again on Melissa Parkway🤪The entire team was a hoot

The only reason I am giving 5 stars is because of Jocelyn. Quite frankly if she walked out during my experience I would have switched to boost mobile and felt like I was in better hands. Her and another gentleman (who appeared to be newer) were abandon by their MANAGER and another co worker. This experience was an absolute joke on all professional levels, but I am so thankful that Jocelyn actually cared enough to help her customers with exceptional customer service. Thank you Jocelyn!! To the “manager” who walked out… great leadership buddy.

I would like to personally thank Jocelyn at the Jasper AT&T store for going above & beyond to assist me with a billing issue.It took 2 hours plus on the phone with various AT&T reps,but she got the issue resolved.THANK YOU again so much Jocelyn for all the help!AT&T Customer Service may be horrific, but Jocelyn's Customer Service is the best!

We stopped in for a mobile hotspot and a SIM card, but Jocelyn went above and beyond. She looked at our account and immediately spotted we were paying way too much. She helped us get it sorted and ended up saving us over $100 a month. Super helpful, easy to talk to, and really knew her stuff. We left with what we came for—and a much better phone plan. Thanks, Jocelyn!

If you are interested in a new phone or changing service providers check out the AT&T store in Jasper, GA. I worked with Jocelyn Crump. She was great to work with. She helped my not only pick out a phone that was great for my needs but when I need help after the sale she was very helpful. Jocelyn was a joy to work with and will work diligently to get answers I was looking for. Thank so much. I really appreciate you and your work.
