They fixed my car but left me with a key fob I can't use. They claimed they didn't do it but I know that it did not leave my house like that. The fobs are expensive and cost probably half as much as the service I had performed. If you go here make sure you take pictures all of your stuff WHEN YOU DROP CAR OFF OR THEY WILL DENY ANYTHING THAT HAPPENS.

We recently moved to GA, and Crenshaw's was recommended. After having the same mechanic in VA for many, many years, it was important to find someone good and honest. Crenshaw's is that! Eric and Kristen were welcoming, and my mechanic, Tony, was excellent! He went over everything, took care of my oil change, was nice as well as efficient. I am very pleased to have found these great folks!

Crenshaw is my go-to for anything wrong with my 2014 Jeep. They are honest, forthright and can fix anything I encounter for a reasonable price and time frame. Highly recommend them.

These guys are great apparently my transmission decided to retire and they got me right, even more got the car feeling a lot more up to speed and comfortable. 10/10 will use em again. The wait is worth it but TRUST ME everything is done right through and through.

They know what they are doing, and friendly and courteous. Every time I have come in for a estimate, and picked up my car or truck the price is same as quoted.

It was 5:00 p.m. on a Thursday and I needed a car inspected for possible purchase. I was driving with the car owner through Downtown Jasper and saw Crenshaw's Automotive. We pulled in thinking there was not way he could do it at closing time but with a kind smile he said yes and did a very thorough job looking over the vehicle. From now on I will take my car to him to get repaired. First Class guy and first class repair shop.

Y’all!!!!! Crenshaw got my car on Friday morning October the 4th. The lady called me that evening and said what they thought it might be and what they thought it would cost. So I told her to go ahead and fix it. She called me on Friday October 11th and said it’s fixed. I had a cracked head and I needed a new fan because my fan wasn’t working right and it was overheating causing my overflow tank for my antifreeze to leak out. She had quoted me a price in the beginning, but had told me it could be a little more or a little less. It turned out to be less. She told me to come back by in a week or so just so they could check all my fluids and make sure everything was still good. I just left from there and he checked everything and everything was good and didn’t charge me a dime. This was the best experience I have had with a mechanic in a long time! I will DEFINITELY be using Crenshaw again and I’m going to refer all my family and friends there. Thank you Crenshaw for making this experience easy and not so expensive that I have to take out a loan to get my car back. Lol! Best experience with a mechanic I have ever had!! Thank y’all!!!

Once again I have gotten excellent service at crenshaw. I have only been using them about 2 years since my mechanic retired but I have overly impressed. They take the time to explain all work needed and prices are fair. I will be using them again. Thanks Justina Stanley.

We love Crenshaw's they have worked on several of our vehicles for us over the years. Eric and Christie are great and we love the mechanic Tony. Always charge reasonable prices and work is completed quickly. Highly recommend them and will continue to use. Thanks guys for everything you have done for us!!
