Sean was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and honest. He took the time to help us find exactly what we wanted, walked us through manufacturer rebates, and even provided paperwork we wouldn’t have known to ask for. When Sean did his pre-load inspection the morning of delivery, he noticed a scratch on the refrigerator we ordered. He called to let us know before attempting to deliver it as is. The scratch was minor and was located inside of the refrigerator. He explained it must have happened in transit, and offered to order a replacement to be delivered as soon as it arrives. That level of service and transparency is rare.

The delivery and installation team was hands down the best we’ve ever worked with. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was installed safely and correctly. When we realized our new stove was slightly wider than the old one, they made precise adjustments on the spot and the finished result looks absolutely perfect.

We live in the mountains and have a very steep driveway, which has been an issue with other companies in the past, but this team handled it seamlessly without a single complaint.

I try to support local businesses any chance I get, and this experience reinforced why. We will definitely be back and will be recommending Jasper TV & Appliance to anyone we know. Service like this is hard to come by these days.”
