I've been with this bank since it was Jasper Banking. Then it went to Sterns, Then Entegra, I think I'm missing one more. They change their name like folks change under clothing. They changed my account number that use to be 5 numbers I couldn't get in touch with anyone nor get a new debit card or for that matter a new account number till weeks later. Unfortunately, I'm in a different state and can't get my money out of there until I go back to Georgia.... Trying to get in touch with a banker is like pulling teeth. Mr. Whitfield would be rolling over in his grave if he'd seen this mess. Run don't walk away!!!

I’ve banked with this bank for 10 + years. It has been sold 3 times without a hitch. This month with first citizens taking control has been unbelievably horrible. I lost my card and there was literally no way to cancel it. I have been locked out of my account 4 days. When I call the bank, there are people yelling in the background, hold times, disconnects. Every company I had my debit card with has been interrupted. I am currently in the process of switching banks. I feel sorry for the employees as to what they are going through. Do not bank here!

We’ve banked here for 30 years when it was Jasper Banking Co., going through now the 3rd buyout and we will be changing banks now. This has been such a horrible experience and transition. After finding out about this while out of state and the people ‘we no longer know’ telling us we should’ve gotten notice but they must’ve pulled an old address through the system and sent all of our cards and information there, so we had no access to our accounts or money, to then come home and see our Ingles branch and atm closed, it’s been one problem after another!
