I have been getting my hair cut here for a very long time and today I received the worst treatment ever. Checked in on line and when I got there someone asked if I had signed in on line and I said yes and gave my name. After being skipped over numerous times I asked what was going on and an employee was rude and said you nobody knew you were in the building. They did not check me in when they should have then treated me badly because of it. Acted like she would do me a favor and cut my hair. No thanks.

Always a hassle finding a new stylist after moving into a new area. As luck would have it Jessica D. cut my hair the first week after moving to Jasper and has been cutting it ever since. She very friendly, attentive and professional. I get the same quality cut month after month and I couldn’t be happier!

My wife and I have been in Jasper for about a year have had a haircut at probably three different places.
Then we met Katie at the Jasper location and we have found a skilled professional who cuts hair like she's been doing it for years. She's fantastic she does a great job and I guess she's also the newest member of the team so go in ask for Katie and know that your haircut will be delightful.

It's like being at Las Vegas and playing slot machines. You don't know what's gonna happen when you sit down in that chair. I've been there four times two times i've got a great haircut two times I wish I'd never walked in the door I look like i'm wearing a mushroom on top of my head from my last visit and I probably will never be back

I told the girl exactly what I wanted done, witch was trim my side burns and under my beard, she kept questioning me about cutting the rest of my hair, and ended up cutting what i didn't want cut, kept Heavy breathing and shaking her head, and blamed it on her anxiety...? i won't be back
